A1 Remote Diagnostics  Reviews

Had a Qashqai with a BCM that needed programming, despite all the challenges, the engineer on the phone persevered all day and managed to get the programming to work. Excellent service, would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Lewis the legend! Had so many instances where I was stumped after hours of diagnosing but hitting roadblocks. Lewis connected up and within the hour, not only found the problem, but managed to fix it whilst not even physically being here! You’re missing out if you’re not using these guys already. Cheers guys for getting me out of sticky situations!

Always great dealing with A1 Remote Diagnostics. Quick service and they always do their best to get you the help you need, even if its a fault out of their expertise they'll come around with suitable advise and guidance!

Provided an excellent, fast & reliable assistance to us via the Autel remote expert . Were able to download a software update to the vehicle that would normally require us sending the vehicle to a main dealership.
Would highly recommend.

Great service and always very helpful very good staff

Absolute legends! Successfully recovered our Vito after a failed software update caused the vehicle to have a massive fit. Few hours and all is well.
Thanks very much guys!

Very helpful and very good communication- sorted one remotely for us late yesterday and another first thing this morning. Can’t recommend them enough
