Very professional service. The team at Pink Moves went above and beyond to support our home move throughout the process from initial enquiry to the moment the vans drove away. All the staff are friendly and approachable, very "human" and understanding of the pressures faced by families when moving house. They did way more than the basic and still kept their price very reasonable. Overall we felt well looked after and I would highly recommend to anyone moving house or needing anything shifted or stored - you will be in safe, capable hands. Thanks again, Pink Moves!

John, Leanne, Liam and Gemma were fantastic when they helped us move into our first home on Friday, they were so helpful throughout the process. They offered suggestions and made the whole process a complete breeze! They even plumbed in our washing machine and picked up our tumble dryer as well which I had been lucky enough to find that day.

Honestly thank you so much for all the help! It is so very much appreciated.

We definitely recommend these guys at Think Pink, from start to finish they exceeded all expectations. As a disabled mum with two teenagers we needed help to move across town. They went above and beyond showing compassion and consideration,leaving my chair till last so I could sit comfortably while they loaded the van and unloaded at the other end.
We are so glad we hired them as they took the stress out of moving for us and they made sure everything had been placed correctly before leaving.

My family and I have recently used Pink Moves for emptying and distributing chattels to different parts of England from quite a large house in North Norfolk. The two man teams from Pink Moves were very professional and helpful and unfailingly courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

On the day, the three guys were incredible. Irish and I believe Tony and Sean were unbelievable. They made a very stressful day as relaxing as possible.

John, Gemma, and the entire crew helped our family through a house move. From our side, we constantly moved the goalposts with changing dates, times, and access arrangements for the destination property. Under normal circumstances, most companies wouldn't have stood a chance.

Everything was handled with patience, understanding, and professionalism. Every challenge we unfortunately presented was met with a plan, a solution, and a reassuring "Yes, we can make that happen."

I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. Thank you all so much for your help, your flexibility, and for always being at the end of the phone or replying to those last-minute emails.

Most importantly, thanks to your efforts, when we finally arrived at our new home, I was able to make Mrs B a nice hot cup of coffee. That alone was worth its weight in gold.

Pink Moves were flexible and understanding despite the date of my move shifting all over the place. Then, when my move was delayed last minute on moving day, they were very kind and helpful with making sure my items were stored safely until completion.

First time moving places and i couldn't have chosen a better team to help me out! Easy communication through email and whatsapp. The team showed up on the agreed schedule and was very efficient moving my too many boxes and appliances.

John and his team have over the last two days moved my retired parents from the east coast (Norfolk) to the west coast (Rhyl). Their timing was faultless. I travelled up from the midlands to greet them. John had told my dad beforehand to just leave everything to them. They didn’t need to do any packing. Pink Moves packed everything into boxes, carefully dismantled and wrapped beds/furniture and loaded the lorry. The house was cleared in about 3 hours. I then met them the following day 244 miles away at my parents new house where they unloaded, assembled furniture and put everything in the rooms they needed to be. Zero damages/breakages.

John & Gemma (and your crew), I am forever in debt to you for treating my vulnerable parents with the utmost care and respect. Also, thank you for making Bex and me smile/laugh over the two days. Not all heroes wear capes 😊
