You can call it what you like, but you did Damage my Furniture. My Table, my Leather Sofa, the Office Unit that he packed on top of Bed Mattress. I wonder why it fell on him. The Headboard, the smashed Glass in the display Cabinet, the broken Bookcase. Not once did you mention anything about the Small Print. We are Professionals, we are insured to cover your belongings. So let's have the Claim Forms and send them in to the insurance company and let them make the dissision. The reason my Sons helped move my belongings is because there was no sign of 8 Men, there were two for most of it, and can they talk. Perhaps that's the reason it took from 8.00 until 9.30 at night to unload it. When you come to my House to look, you said we had done a lot of packing ourselves, which would save a lot of time. Well as we can see that was untrue. My sons never touched any Furniture. It was thrown in the back of your Vans uncovered. All the Pictures that you told me to leave on the walls because you will take them down and wrap them, there still at the property unwrapped. The Sony 65" TV that was also going to be Wrapped was stuffed upside down in a Cardboad box with no wrapping at all. Nothing you said when you come to my House is true. It was a complete shambles from start to finish. Why did one of your men apologise for the fiasco. Why did the Chap who kindly replaced the Broken Glass in the Display Cabinet leave your employment the next day. Yes there is a lot more to be said about this. What you forgot to tell people in your reply was how one of your employees Bullied a 71 year old Disabled Pensioner when he told him he would not Pay because of all the Damage, he's a Thug. You say you were not contacted. You did not answer any of the Numbers you left me, you never answered your emails, or Text that was sent to you. I hope people read this and make there own minds up before they come anywhere near you.

Accommodating and very helpful team who made the move manageable and fairly easy. No job was too big for them. Emptied a 4 bedroom house in 2 hours and also helped with building flat packs at the new house. Would highly recommend this team.

I have used pink moves on two of my house moves now one from North Yorkshire to kings lynn around 7 years ago John and his team went the extra mile for me his dedicated team of professional drivers and porters who are extremely polite and friendly and will do anything you asked them to do all of my furniture was carefully placed on the moving vehicles and was all wrapped in blankets to protect my belongs they made my move stress and hassle free also his team of porters were very helpful of dismantling my beds and wardrobes aswell as rebuilding them in my new home I literally sat back and did nothing John and his team take full control of everything the second move was kings lynn to kings lynn the exact same process was complete with no mistakes and most importantly there was no damages what so ever I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone in the future

I had such a positive experience with A1 Removal / Pink Moves from start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. They arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and made what could have been a stressful moving day completely smooth and easy.
All my belongings were packed and transported safely, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where I wanted in my new home. Communication was clear throughout, and their pricing was fair and transparent with no hidden costs.

Bit late with my review apologies
Bit late with my review apologies. Having read the reviews of pink moves I decided to arrange my move with them and I am so glad I did, the van and guys arrived on time, even gave me a courtesy call the evening before.
They went around the various rooms with me to see all the items and assure me that each item would be wrapped in blankets with extra special care taken with my valuable and delicate items, which they did making sure my pictures and glass items were not only blanket protected but also wrapped in bubble wrap, they had to travel several miles to my new property but I was there when they arrived and to see my items so well protected was overwhelming. They then proceeded to bring stuff into the new property asking me each time which room I wanted each item placed in,they really did go above and beyond .
Thanks pink moves, you guys were brilliant.
I will certainly be recommending you to any of my friends and family that may be moving in the future.

What a terrible experience from start…
What a terrible experience from start to finish! They say moving is one of the most stressful things you can do in life… after dealing with this company I whole heartedly agree! My parents who are in their 70’s booked this company to move house to relieve the stress from themselves, promises were made that it would be done swiftly and CAREFULLY. If you think 13 hours to move 3 miles down the road is acceptable then you are in the wrong profession. 3 staff that arrived first were friendly and started moving the contents of the house almost straight away.. but within 15 minutes tools were downed and the tobacco came out and sadly this is how the entire day played out. There was zero organisation from start to finish. Keys for the new property were in hand at 12:30… 6 hours later the first of 3 vans of contents arrived. The van was packed by midday, I know as I had lifted most of the contents as the staff were “too old to lift wardrobes “ I was under the impression that when hiring a removal company it is themselves who do the lifting… in this case it wasn’t! I assume it was pushed the 3 miles down the road nothing else could explain such a delay. It was a shambles from the start, when more help arrived promise were made by spencer that he would get things organised, sadly he could do nothing to rectify the disaster which was unfolding.apologies were offered only by him later in the day but things were way past apologies by the point of offering. Apparently if you want this company to WORK FASTER then you need to pay them… before completing the move. It was disgusting how these people were badgering my parents every time they thought they were out of earshot of myself and brother for payment. There was still vans to be unloaded but their priorities were focused in the wrong place. The worst of them was “Irish” when he wasn’t glued to his phone he was demanding payment for a job which wasn’t completed. And worse than that thousands of pounds of furniture was damaged in transit by pink moves, and every thing we noticed Irish was quick to video the damage and PROMISE that insurance would cover all the damage.. it seems this isn’t the case as John doesn’t answer his phone or reply to emails since the move which was a week ago.i would add you’re mistaken if you think ignoring us will make us forget about everything.All in all a terrible experience I hope nobody has to endure again

We are disappointed to receive this review, as it does not accurately reflect the circumstances of the move and contains several misleading allegations. Whilst we respect every customer’s right to leave feedback, we must also protect our reputation against statements that are factually incorrect and potentially defamatory.
We did complete this removal in full on the agreed day, as contracted. However, we must also point out that this review was not written by our actual customer on this particular move, but by their daughter. As such, certain claims are presented second-hand and do not reflect the agreement made directly with our clients.
As a matter of policy:
• We do not require deposits.
• We do not charge for key delays.
• We do not charge for changes of moving dates (which occurred several times in this case).
• We always provide protective materials such as blankets, mattress bags and sofa covers at no additional cost.
On the moving day, we provided a large lorry, three vans and eight members of staff, more than most companies would supply under similar circumstances.
It is also important to clarify that we never guarantee a specific duration for a removal. There are many factors beyond our control such as packing, access, key release and customer participation which directly affect timings. What we guarantee, and what was achieved in this case, is that the move is completed in full on the agreed day.
On the day, you did contact me directly. However, I was driving and unable to take the call myself, so I relayed via another member of staff that I understood you had concerns. At the time, I was under the impression that your unhappiness related to initially having three staff on site before the remaining team arrived, bringing the total to eight. It seems there may have been some miscommunication, for which I apologise. However, if genuine damage had occurred, you could have simply followed up with an email and supporting photographs. No such evidence was forthcoming, and without this we cannot process any claim under our Terms and Conditions.
Unfortunately, the move was also affected by several breaches of our Terms and Conditions:
• Items were not pre-packed, significantly slowing down progress.
• Family members moved items independently, which is expressly prohibited as it voids our liability.
• We hold photographic evidence that delicate furniture already had belongings stacked on top of it by the customers before our team commenced loading, creating a risk of damage before handling even began.
We never hide our Terms and Conditions they are publicly available on our website, clearly displayed on the sides of our vehicles, on our business cards, and even linked at the top of our Trust pilot profile.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our duty is to provide services with reasonable care and skill, which we did. Customers are equally obliged to comply with the agreed terms. Suggesting otherwise in a public forum without factual basis risks amounting to defamation under UK law, specifically under the Defamation Act 2013. We therefore reserve all rights in this regard.
We regret that you feel dissatisfied, but we stand by the fact that the service provided was in line with both our quotation and our legal obligations.

First Class Removal Services …
We needed a service to move a variety of household items from London to Norfolk. Jon and team provided a great service from start to finish.
First class customer service and solid communication throughout the whole process. Gary our removal man on the day was also calm and reassuring, taking the stress out of what can be a very stressful time.
Everything was delivered safely and on time. Price-wise, Jon and team couldn’t be beaten. Cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using their services again in the coming months

We’re not the sort of company that stares at the bottom line or dreams up sneaky add-ons. We know moving is stressful enough without someone turning up and saying, “Oh, actually, before we unload… that’ll be an extra £500 because we’re breathing your air or because my yacht needs fuel and the diamond back-scratcher is wearing out.”
That’s just not us. We’d much rather reinvest into the business, which is why we now have three brand-new bespoke removal vans, and why we keep our staff wages high so we can keep the very best people without ever compromising on service.
We’re always here for you whether it’s the next big move, popping over for a cuppa (we won’t charge for that!), or even helping shift a sofa around. At the end of the day, we’re here to help each other in this world… although I’m careful about becoming godfather to too many customers’ children! Christmas gets expensive!
