I had 3 companies come to the house to quote for removals and I immediately clicked with Jon, finding him professional, approachable and understanding. I could tell that he takes utmost pride in what he does and felt confident that my move was in safe hands, especially as we were moving two houses into one on the same day!
I have a large collection of vintage glass which Jon kindly took to my mum’s house the day before so I didn’t have to worry about it on moving day.
His email correspondence throughout the whole process was always helpful, reassuring, and made me smile - particularly his descriptions of the men who would be doing the work on moving day!
The guys did an absolutely amazing job with my move. They worked tirelessly in ridiculous heat and never once complained. They were helpful and polite at all times and were always happy to move things if something was in the wrong place etc.
Service with a smile and I would 100% recommend to anyone.

The removal team were very friendly, efficient and careful. Nothing was too much trouble, even when putting our wardrobe back together, through no fault of their own, didn't quite go to plan; they carried on until it was sorted. They remained positive the whole time, even though they were working in +30 degree heat.

Excellent communication and service provided by A1 Removals. It wasn’t the biggest job a handmade bookcase was taken from King’s Lynn to Brighton. Would certainly recommend and will use them again, when I’m ready to move in the next few months. The driver was brilliant apologies I’ve forgotten his name - thank you. 🤩

I contacted Jon after seeing the great reviews on Google. I was immediately impressed by how well he handled my initial enquiry. The team was very flexible with scheduling and offered the best price in King’s Lynn, even though we wanted to move on a bank holiday weekend.

On moving day, they arrived right on time and carried out the entire process seamlessly. It was completely stress-free for us. All of our belongings were handled with great care and attention. Their team was not only efficient but also very friendly throughout.

We are extremely satisfied with the service and truly glad we chose this team for our move. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service. You won’t be disappointed—100% satisfied!

The lads were great at loading and unloading each end. All items placed exactly where requested. And was friendly throughout. Highly recommend this removal company (have used in past and it's always consistent good service)

I contacted Pink removals after a friend who is vulnerable and pregnant, was let down by another local company .
Yesterday 04 / 04/2025 the team from Pink arrived and moved my friend the job was done in a really professional manner with consideration to both my friend and total care for her belongings , prompt , polite and price conscious. We are completely satisfied with the service and staff and would recommend this company to anyone.

Used this company in January 2025 to move my belongings to Spalding Irish & Dan arrived on time to collect my belongings spent alot of time on the phones, once arrived at my final destination they had broken one of my glass shelves from my cabinet i watched them drop my glass cabinet off the back of the lorry wasn’t told about this only the glass shelf.
Had a conversation with the owner of the company that told me everything would be put right, three months down the line this issue is still not resolved asked for insurance company details to be told i was not insured as I paid CASH….
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MOVE ANYTHING AGAIN

After being let down at the last minute A1 removals stepped in and saved the day. Right from our initial contact they were professional and so helpful. On the day they arrived on time and worked fast and efficiently. They were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us even after everything was unloaded they asked if we needed anything moving around.The previous owners had been let down with their van and were running late all their belongings in the garden so the guys helped them load it onto their van to speed things along. I have moved many times and these guys were definitely the best and very reasonable 5 stars from us.

Very good reliable company nothing was to much trouble arrived on time loaded all items with a smile and waited patiently for when we could unload into the new house very efficient would highly recommend

What an amazing organisation. They came to my in laws on the 17th January to remove all items from their home and take 70 miles up the road to their new home. The 3 gents doing the removal (Irish, Jed and Gary we very professional all the way through the experience. They could not have been anymore respectful to my In-laws if they tried, nothing was too much trouble for. Thank you again. David.

I can’t thank John and Gemma enough. I think it’s important that I can name them. They looked at the task of bringing my storage to Croatia and they arrived at a very affordable plan to deliver as soon as possible. No bureaucracy, forms, hidden charges or corporate bs. Just real people.
I have trusted them with these items for nine years and I never received any communications other than the rent is due when you’re ready to pay for it.
I recommend these guys to anyone.

A1 Removals offered a mostly positive experience with their efficient and friendly service. They provided a competitive quote and handled the furniture with care, using protective materials to ensure everything arrived undamaged. The team was considerate in accommodating last-minute changes, working diligently to move contents promptly. Although there were a few concerns in past experiences, the professionalism and dedication displayed by the team, especially Irish, made the move smoother during what can be a stressful time. Overall, it's a reliable service worth considering. 4 stars.

I would really recommend this removal company. I emailed via the online form on the Saturday morning to say that I might be potentially moving the following Thursday (so 5 days notice) as we were stuck in limbo in a chain- it was all a waiting game and so very uncertain and stressful. Jon phoned immediately and came out to see me the same day with a quote and reassurance that he'd get us moved without even taking a deposit. We did move on the Thursday and his crew Irish and Danny arrived and were keen, motivated and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were friendly and took great care & respect when handling our furniture and possessions. They even had to wait nearly 3 hours whilst we were awaiting to complete and collect the keys and again this was not too much trouble for them nor did they take advantage and add additional charges which I know a lot of companies do. All in all I would say this company is fair and understanding and good at what they do, they know the drill when it comes to moving home and are extremely empathetic and helpful to that fact and do not use it to their own advantage to add extra charges for this that and the other, very reasonably priced too in comparison to other removals quotes we received. We had overall a great experience and would recommend them to anyone moving.
