Could you please share your order number or the email address used to place the order so we can investigate this further?

Update from last review. Now 12 weeks without my tablet, no replacement and no refund. Had a phone 19th October asking if they give me a refund will I take my generous 1 star review down.. declined this offer but was told refund be in 3 days. 4 days passed to be told today no timescale on refund whatsoever, no replacement and won't send old one back. Order no 66726
So A1 Tech instead of standard its all in order reply, reply here with a date i will get refunded or replaced 12 weeks now so give me a date on here for your future customers to see, if you fulfill date I'll think about upgrading to 2 star.... thanks craig

Hi Craig atkinson,
We sincerely apologise for the lengthy delay and frustration this situation has caused.
We have now received confirmation that your refund has been successfully processed. We experienced some issues while processing the refund, but these have now been resolved.
The refunded amount should be back in your bank account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
We understand that this has taken far longer than it should have, and we apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this matter.
Kind regards,
A1 Tech Deals

Repeat customer
This is the second time I have used A1 Tech Deals. They are very competitively priced and order to delivery is seamless. Purchased a new iPhone 16 on this occasion as they were the cheapest by far. Highly recommended.

So poor
I paid express delivery, unfortunately my order arrived incomplete. Not a huge issue, these things happen. I used their live chat to try to rectify. I started this process just after 1600. I was told by the AI agent that 'a person' would join the chat to resolve the issue. As it neared 1700 I asked if my inquiry would be dealt with before they closed at 1700, I was repeatedly assured it would. I asked again at 1700 and was told they were now closed. The message told me that staff would pick it up upon return to work the next day, this has not happened. As my order is incomplete I can't film at an event on Monday unless I drive 40 miles to buy what I need in person, whilst out of pocket for undelivered good from a1tech. I've submitted a complaint but had no response. These guys are great at selling, poor at customer service. I'm contacting my bank for charge back.
