The service is extremely poor
The service is extremely poor. My order still hasn’t been delivered, and they don’t respond to my messages or emails. They are not making any effort to resolve the issue promptly. This is completely unacceptable and very frustrating. I will never purchase anything from them again

We're sorry — whatever has happened to the parcel, you messaged and emailed us and got no reply, and there's no excuse for that part.
We've looked up your order for the DualSense controller. It went out with Royal Mail on 12 October under tracking FO735887381GB, and their system marked it as delivered on 14 October. We're not disputing what you've told us, because a delivery scan doesn't always mean a parcel reached the right person — it's worth a check with neighbours or any usual safe place, as that accounts for most cases like this.
If it hasn't turned up, just say so and we'll take it from there: we'll raise it with Royal Mail for the proof of delivery and the location recorded for the drop, and we'll sort you out. Chasing the courier is our job, not yours, and you shouldn't be out of pocket for something you never received.
We are working to improve our services, particularly answering customers when they first get in touch rather than leaving them to chase us.

I got this smartwatch at the best price, having done alot of searching. A1 tech deals were by far the cheapest. And delivery within 48hrs of putting the order in. Absolutely great

Update from last review
Update from last review. Now 12 weeks without my tablet, no replacement and no refund. Had a phone 19th October asking if they give me a refund will I take my generous 1 star review down.. declined this offer but was told refund be in 3 days. 4 days passed to be told today no timescale on refund whatsoever, no replacement and won't send old one back. Order no 66726
So A1 Tech instead of standard its all in order reply, reply here with a date i will get refunded or replaced 12 weeks now so give me a date on here for your future customers to see, if you fulfill date I'll think about upgrading to 2 star.... thanks craig
