I think most 1 star reviews are the same, paid for ite, item does not get delivered, tracking does not work, cant contract them, emails dont work, live chat is just ai, phone just rings out.
I have requested a chargeback through my bank.
AVOID.
Ive tried to contact you again to say i dont want it, i dont trust its an UK spec legit item, you have sent it out today because i have called you out.
I will reject the item upon delivery so it gets sent back to you.

Quick simple service and a good price
I needed to order some headphones for my daughter. A1 had the best price and they delivered quickly with tracking. Very happy with this service.

Fake Logitech Mouse, No response after 9 days.
I ordered a Logitech mouse from them. After receiving it i could not connect it to Logitech options+. After spending an hour troubleshooting with Logitech support they confirmed to me that the mouse is a fake. This is their response,
(10:18:48 am) Shrutika K.: Upon reviewing the invoice details, I can confirm that you purchased a Logitech Signature M650 Wireless Mouse in Graphite. However, the serial number you provided does not correspond to this device or model.)
I put in a refund request explaining this as the reason. On their own site they say a response will be given within 2 days. It has now been 9 days and i have not heard a word from them.
To add also on research the mouse should have rubber gripped sides. This fake its is plastic, it also did not come with a battery that is listed in the components.

Poor delivery service and customer support
I ordered a new iPhone17 before 2pm on 21 Oct and paid for express delivery so it would arrive with 2 days. 6 days later it has not arrived. The call centre and the chat box are not able to provide any details as to when it will arrive or what to do. I just get a bot responses.
Image how frustrating that is when I specifically paid for express delivery to ensure I received the phone in good time for an event on 27 October.
The only information I have is the phone was dispatched 24 hours after I placed my order i.e dispatched on 20:18 on 22/10. So it would not make the express deliver.
Be warned whilst you maybe tempted to save a few ££ you may waste many hours chasing and the fear you may loose your ££.
Not a good experience would not recommend this company.

Hello there,
We're sorry. You ordered before the 2pm cut-off on 21 October and paid for express delivery because you needed the phone for an event on the 27th — and not only has it not arrived, you couldn't get a straight answer from anyone about where it was. Both of those are on us.
Here is the actual position, which is what you've been asking for all along. Your order was processed and a Royal Mail label raised on 22 October, but the tracking has shown no scan since. We handle a high volume of orders daily and dispatch is automated, so the label is generated as the order is processed — which means a parcel can sit without an update either because the courier's scan is delayed or because it never entered their network. We can't tell which from the tracking alone, and you should have been told that plainly rather than left with bot replies.
Rather than leave you waiting on it any longer, we have accepted the dispute you raised with your bank. Your money will be returned to you through them — how quickly it lands is down to your bank, but there is nothing further you need to do.
We're sorry this means you were left without the phone for the 27th. That was the whole reason you paid extra, and a refund doesn't make up for missing it.

Know what you are getting. £150 off retail price - nice, but not free. The box is lightly marked. The side of the phone had a very minor scratch. The phone seemed to have been turned on before. But it works fine now and is authentic Apple.
