The vivoactive 5 arrived promptly and was well packaged. Love the orchid colour and very pleased I chose that colour. My only problem is that it keeps disconnecting from my phone so if you have any tips to stop this happening then please let me know.

Low Prices but brand new quality
I was looking around several websites for a portable Bluetooth JBL speaker, when I came across A1 Tech deals.
I'll be honest I wasn't convinced this was a legit website but took the chance after seeing verified reviews.
The reduce price still had me a bit skeptical but was pleasantly surprised to be wrong.
The delivery service was quick and efficient. The speaker was brand new and at a price much cheaper than other websites.
I would very much recommend A1 Tech Deals, if you're looking for high quality projects at reasonable prices.

Bought and paid for an iPad
Bought and paid for an iPad, paid for extra warranty, today received and email just stating I have a partial refund and it should be paid within 3-5 days, but this is only for iPad not the extra cover, I’ve tried to ask what is happening and why I’m getting a refund of but not for the full amount .
Why was the order cancelled and refunded in the first place? No explanation on, still have to wait to get my refund before I can purchase a replacement

Review zonder uitnodiging
Antwoord van A1 Tech Deals
Hi Ray,
We're sorry. The email you received was an automated notification that goes out as each refund is processed — so it showed the iPad amount on its own, with nothing to tell you the extended cover was still to follow. Getting that with no explanation was bound to leave you wondering whether you'd see the rest, and you were right to ask.
It's now been dealt with in full. The £438.99 for the iPad went through earlier today, and the £19.99 for the A1 Extended Cover has since been processed too — the whole £458.98 is on its way back to your original payment method. It'll take a few working days to show, depending on your bank, and there's nothing further you need to do.
That automated email should have said the cover was being refunded separately rather than leaving you to piece it together, and we're sorry for the worry it caused. If you're happy with how it's been resolved, you're welcome to revisit your review — no obligation either way, and thank you for flagging it, as it's shown us something we need to fix.
Kind regards,
A1 Tech Deals
