Never really dispatched it. Phone was never delivered
I ordered a Samsung last Tuesday and a week on and the item hasn't been handed over to Royal Mail. They produced the shipping label but never handed over the parcel to Royal Mail. I contacted A1 Tech Friday and they are supposed to reply but no reply. Called them yesterday and today was told that they handed it over to Royal Mail ( royal mail never scanned it) so they will give me a refund within two days. I am extremely disappointed as I thought they are a good reliable company but it's not the case. Instead of apologizing and sending another one if they think Royal mail lost it, they are going to refund. They don't have the phone in stock and instead of being honest they make up stories. I don't recommend this company

We sincerely apologise for the delay and for the frustration caused by the lack of a clear update on your order. We completely understand why you have been chasing us, particularly after the courier tracking remained unchanged despite your repeated attempts to contact us.
Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain a satisfactory update from the courier regarding the whereabouts of your parcel. We have therefore proceeded with a full refund of your order.
Please allow a few business days for the funds to reach your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We’re very sorry that we were unable to get your order to you and for the inconvenience caused by the delays and lack of communication.
