Abax have been contacting us for approx the past 3 years. We got a quote of them (and numerous other firms) around 3 & half years ago, we ended up going with a different supplier & we're very glad we did. Since this abax just keep calling us. We have told them every time we already have a system in place for Trackers & immobilisers that we are very happy with & to stop contacting us, but they don't listen. We have put this in writing via emails numerous times & blocked their numbers but they just keep calling from different numbers. We have reported them to ico but they are still calling us. We really regret ever getting a quote from them. At the beginning it was near impossible to get them off the phone, they would keep insisting on making an appointment for a call back or meeting even though we'd said we're not interested, now we just stop them & tell them the same thing, we're not interested, we have a system, stop calling us, usually they hang up straight away. But they still call us back! This is harrasment. We don't know what else to do. I seriously advise all to steer clear of these guys.

As a platform access company in Worcestershire Up4hire ltd needed a professional company and product to meet the high demands our MEWPS required. Setting about finding a tracked gps company to fulfil this we are so proud to have ABAX meeting this challenge. Il like to discuss how I found the uk based team and how from the beginning to fitting the units to our fleet just how incredible this journey has been.

Being hands on with site and admin requirements I have to schedule appointments into the day at difficult times for some sales people BUT Luke called at 07am ! As agreed to explain and get a feel of my industry to make sure I was wanting the right product from ABAX. After 30 min we finally decided on the correct options. This was not the end of the hands on experience, I was then contacted by Mat who educated me and our staff via remote screen access so we all learnt together ,this is great as any questions asked Mat could help and go over the many great features the online platform had and there great app for Apple and android.

Excited to receive the devices we are contacted again by the same team to insure all units are running and test the live system. These are not fixed SIM card they are able to lock on to the strongest signal so there accuracy is on point.

Within the first few weeks we are watching our plant machines on a live map observing operation times, movements , and vital information From voltage conditions and geo positioning

When the customer says they did not use the mewp on down time, we are able to check and should this not be the case then a charge can be given, ensuring the company is not losing profit.

ABAX are recognised, when taking out insurance the policy requires professional trackers not Amazon specials ! By having ABAX our policy cost was reduced allowing for more options.

Summary- YES uk based team YES same person from start to finish YES back up support that continues YES if the item has a fault or the unit needs increased you can exchange YES it’s simple but also brilliant YES I recommend ABAX to everyone I come across! From farm equipment to caravans and motor homes , they probably have one to track the husband down the pub 😂

Trackers worked, however since we've finished using them we've had nothing but trouble. Accounts team extremely hard work and uncontactable. Sending debt recovery letters which are incorrect when we've even had confirmation that there's nothing to be paid to them!!

Great company! Been with them 2-3 years now always easy to deal with. Excellent customer service and really easy to use. Never had any problems.

After a fair few days of researching vehicle trackers I was recently referred to ABAX by a local business. I must say it was an outstanding experience. ABAX's customer support is exceptional, ensuring all my queries are addressed promptly. Jack in particular is an asset to the team, always at the end of the phone when i have a question or query about what the tracker can do. The installation was hassle-free, and the tracker itself offers accurate real-time tracking. The app is really user friendly and offers a wealth of data from many different angles of the app, making things like; reporting, milage, productivity, vehicle maintenance and much more data hassle free to understand and extract from the app and generally making my job much easier.

The units are sent out for self fit. I use another tracking for my other company. They come out and fit so done properly. Not sure if abax or Zego but not much correspondence or help.
Fitting of the units would improve service greatly

The trackers work well, however the accounts department are shocking. Our direct debit was never processed resulting in a number of payments being missed. Abax did not notice we hadn't been paying and it was only me calling they realised. Its taken nearly a year for them to do anything. The staff are not very helpful and never call you back.

As a company we have used abax for 7+ years, the system is constantly being improved and upgraded and has always worked very well for us.
The customer service is always second to none and i would recommend abax to anybody in the market for a vehicle tracking system.

Avoid This company . We have now just ended our 3 year contract AS WE HAVE FOUND A GOOD COMPANY FOR LESS THAN HALF OF THEIR PRICE . Poor service and rip off .
