Abbey Travel Reviews

Michelle was very helpful and went to a lot of effort to answer all my queries

Trip to Bali to meet our son, so the time and place was important to us and they made it possible and getting the best option for us in our hotel ,staff member was so easy to deal with and so helpful.

We recently booked a big family adventure holiday to Canada. We needed a lot of help with the booking with different family members flying in and out on different dates and staying in multiple cities. Toni from Abbey Travel was amazing in researching the options and getting answers to our queries. She was so helpful and efficient, nothing was ever any trouble. We were delighted with the high standard of our accommodation. Toni resolved a query we had with our hotel following the trip. Everything went so smoothly we would definitely book with Abbey Travel again.

Staff went beyond their field of helpfullness,

Had an issue the night i booked my holiday where payment went thru but i didnt realise i was out off time. You guys sorted it out first thing next morning. Thankyou

I booked my holiday to Orlando with Yvonne who was extremely helpful & made planning our trip so easy, as it was our first time going there. It made us feel at ease when she recommended a hotel & gave us tips to make the holiday seamless. She mentioned we were on our honeymoon & the hotel gave us a room upgrade which was an added bonus.
We had the best trip & couldn't recommend Yvonne & Abbey Travel enough. Looking forward to booking with you again😊

We took a tour of Southern Ireland with our guide Valeria, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She also organized the vegan dinners, and for that we are truly grateful. Valeria gave us very useful information about all the places we visited, making even the bus trips enjoyable. The hotel stays were comfortable, and the staff was helpful. Our driver was a skilled guide.

The girls are just so nice and professional
They make u feel like your on holidays as your booking it

We dealt with Linda in Swords Abbey Travel. She was excellent to deal with and worked very efficiently on our behalf. Always very quick to respond. The other ladies in the office gave us advice also coming near our holiday as it was our first cruise. The cruise itself was fantastic and we enjoyed it so much that we have contacted Linda again to give us a quote for another one!
I would recommend using an agent when booking a cruise because if there are any delays (we had a 3 hrs delay and the ship was held for a half hour for us), they cruise line look after you. I would highly recommend Linda in Abbey Travel.

Excellent staff with great insight into our needs

Just back from river cruise in France, which we booked through Yvonne at Abbey Travel. It was really wonderful. Yvonne was very helpful from my first contact with her. The Riveria cruise and staff were really efficient. We are already looking forward to our next one. 10 out of 10
