When one of our founders first glimpsed three dimensional engraved crystal on his honeymoon, we were all mesmerized and immediately recognized its potential as a small business. Within months we had joined forces with other local small businesses, moved into a warehouse, and began studying the photo conversion and engraving process. Since those first days in 2014, we have grown our business, honed our craft, and fulfilled over 20,000 orders to individuals and businesses alike. The company is very responsive to emails; ordering on the website was easy & shipping was very quick! The item received was exactly as described. Only reason for 4 stars was the crystal had a few little scratches on it which likely came from the key ring (which was not secured in the box).

Love the Concept
Unfortunately, I was hoping the final product detail would have have been better and some adjustments made accordingly to reduce the impact of cedar branches that were interfering a bit. Wondering if the leaves could have been included to retain the original background??

AB Crystal was great responding to my issues noted above and provided a replacement that included the detail I was looking forward! Long story short, the replacement is awesome!
