Your order, containing nine items, was shipped via UPS under tracking number 1ZV56D262025122391. The shipment is fully documented, and delivery can be independently verified through UPS.
We take our responsibilities to our customers seriously and expect the same level of accuracy and fairness when customers publish reviews about our business.
A public claim of non-delivery is a serious allegation, particularly when shipping and delivery records establish otherwise. Such statements can unfairly damage the reputation of a small Canadian business that works diligently to fulfill its customer commitments.
We stand behind our fulfillment records and will be providing the relevant documentation to Trustpilot for review.

We’re sorry you were disappointed by the additional costs associated with your order.
When your purchase was made approximately two months ago, our policy was that U.S. customers were responsible for any tariffs or duties assessed on their shipment. Since then, we have changed our policy and now cover those tariff costs for our U.S. customers.
The new policy was introduced after your order was completed and unfortunately cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
We understand how frustrating unexpected import costs can be, and the change was made specifically to create a better and more predictable shopping experience for our U.S. customers.

I ordered a Block of the Month kit. At checkout there wasn't the option to order the entire kit all at once. So I just left a short little note explaining what I was after, within the hour, I had an answer and was processed promptly! I was shocked because it was after 8 pm MST.
