Up date to: Sent the wrong item. Rec'd a call from The Quilted Boutique. Wanted me to change my review before they did anything. My MC has not been credited at all as stated.
Sent the wrong item, but charged my CC the higher amount....
Philip said he would send the correct item out today. I said I needed it Monday for a retreat... The incorrect one took 2 weeks to arrive so I'll see what happens.
I do have a backup plan though, just in case.
So not happy right now.

We are genuinely sorry that you received the incorrect item. Mistakes do occasionally happen, and as soon as you contacted us, Philip acknowledged the error and immediately offered to send the correct item.
Normally, an incorrectly shipped item would need to be returned before a replacement is sent. However, when you explained that you hoped to have the item for your Monday retreat, we agreed to send the replacement without waiting for the return in an effort to help you as quickly as possible.
We would also like to clarify the shipping timeline mentioned in the review. The order was placed August 6. Due to our weekend and Monday closure, August 12 was our first opportunity to arrange the UPS pickup. While we certainly understand the frustration of waiting for something you need, the original order did not take two weeks to ship.
We wish we had been given the opportunity to complete the resolution before receiving a 1-star review, particularly since we responded to the problem and immediately began working to correct it.
We are a small business and, while we cannot promise that a human error will never occur, we can promise that when one does, we will acknowledge it and make every reasonable effort to put it right.
We sincerely hope your replacement reaches you in time and that you have a wonderful retreat.

You stated during our telephone conversation that you wished to keep the item you received in error, while also receiving and keeping a second shipment, along with the additional products, without payment for the extra goods, and extra shipments.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide merchandise at no charge. Your original purchase has now been refunded in full.
As discussed, we are asking that you return the merchandise currently in your possession for which payment has been refunded. We sincerely hope you will do the right thing and return the unpaid merchandise.

Great service - I have NO complaints.
It is turning into not so great. I do not receive an answer when I contact TQB to inquire about part of an order from July 2026 I'm waiting for, it is now 2nd of October 2026. I hope they're okay and just too swamped to answer. I will update this info when I know more.
On Oct. 2nd 2026 I sent a message on the website message board, I received no answer, so I resent the same message on the website message board, and received no answer, then I emailed the message in an email to TQB to which I received no answer. Then I added an update on Trustpilot. Below is the message I sent 3 times.
"Hi Tracy,
is there any news on Lori Holt's Baked With Love Backgrounds Half Yard Bundle 11 Pieces, I Don't Own Too Much Fabric Ceramic Mug and Quality Fabric Mister Small Riely Blake Designs?"
I did not specifically ask you to not send the Lori Holt Background Half Yard Bundle 11 Pieces, as I was told that you/TQB would incur an extra shipping expense for doing that, which I said I did not want to be the cause off. On Trustpilot I also wrote I hoped everything was okay at TQB.
Then I received an email about a refund for the mug and the mister bottle, and another email that a package is on the way. According to the info in the email it looks like there is more than the background fabric in the package. I cannot accept a package if there are more items and fabric in the package than the Lori Holt background fabric bundle.

I’m quite surprised to see the review you left today stating that you have tried to contact me without receiving a reply.
Several weeks ago, I told you that I would send the Baked With Love background fabric, and at that time you specifically asked me to wait.
We also spoke directly on August 25 and August 26 about a sewing basket to hold all of your notions, so there has clearly been communication between us regarding your order.
The mugs have been delayed, which is unfortunately outside of my control, we have refunded your mug order.
Given our previous conversations and the fact that you had asked me to hold the background fabric, I do not feel that a review stating that you have tried to contact me with no response accurately reflects what has occurred.
Wonderful service -- always!
I have placed many orders with Quilted Boutique - each time they have been helpful, the order was complete and exactly what was described and it arrived quickly.

I ordered one of the log cabin quilt…
I ordered one of the log cabin quilt kits. I found that I was short a couple strips. I emailed them about the problem! They immediately set out to get them to me!
The package got lost in the mail! They worked diligently to take care of the problem! They got my strips to me and included extras! I very much trust this company an will have no problems doing buesiness.with them again!

I made a pre-order purchase plus a few other items. The response was quick. As I don’t need my other items right away, I emailed and asked if they could just send the whole purchase together when the pre-order arrives.
