Suit is good value for the money. Fits well, trousers are a little tight around the calfs but I'm told by my daughter that this is on trend. Would use them again.

What a joke of a company tried to get to change the sizes of the suit and they sent me back the same sizes tried getting in touch with them and they never got back to me absolutely rubbish so I’ve got a suit that I can’t wear absolute joke of a company and rip off company take peoples money and do nothing for them

The suit sent was the incorrect size we ordered.
The paper tag had the correct size but the sewn tag inside the suit displayed it was NOT the size indicated on the paper tag. So we decided to do an exchange. However, other guys in the bridal party were having similar sizing problems so we've decided to return the suit. My husband emailed as per instructions but has not heard back. Hoping he hears back soon so that we will not be outside the return window thus having to either go to our bank and file a complaint or find another way to return the suit and have our money refunded.

We did not hear back so we sent the suit to the US address on the return label. After several weeks it came back to us.
In the meantime we received an email with return instructions from Abitto, albeit outside the return window. We have since had to send the suit out of pocket back to the UK.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The suit they sent me was horribly ill-fitting, cheaply made, and looked nothing like advertised. The material was so flimsy it might as well have been a Halloween costume.

To make matters worse, their customer service is a joke. They refused to issue a refund and stopped replying altogether. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

This company is a scam—selling garbage and hiding behind a no-refund policy. Stay far away.

I bought a three piece blue tweed suit for my nephews wedding it arrived quickly, I bought the wrong size , I returned it the next day and two days later the right size was delivered . I cannot thank them enough .

Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. They keep returning my return to me without letting me know they are doing this.

They sent me the suit fine. Sizing of the jacket wasn't right so I returned it and asked for an alternative which they sent through. Tried on the new size and it just didn't look right on me with the fit of the shoulders. So I informed them of my intention as per the instructions and they sent through a return form. I returned it within a couple of days of this.

A week or so later (without any communication) the suit arrives back with me. I contact them and they tell me that I returned the suit outside of their short return period of 14 days. The had said nothing about this when I emailed for the return form. I challenged this and they said they had looked at it again realised I had let them know my intention to return within 14 days so to send it back to them. They sent me the return form on 23/12/24. With Christmas and father in law becoming seriously ill (and subsequently dying) I did not manage to post this off until 2/1/25. Last week it gets posted back to me again (again without any communication from them).

I've emailed and had no response despite chasing it up.

The suit looked alright quality for the money (but not brilliant), but the customer service has been awful.

Next step is trading standard and the credit card company to try and get my money back

Do not use, terrible firm with very questionable business practices. Only got my money back because I used a credit card and was able to claim it back

After 12 days they still have not sent the suit or respond to emails.

Ordered a 3 piece suit from Abitto, the quality is very good. I Needed a bigger waist coat and returned the small one for an exchange, which was very prompt. I am really impressed and definitely use them again.

Quick, cheap and good quality suit

It took a few returns to get the sizing write bit of trial and error on our part. The 3 piece suit itself is so lovely and could be worn as separates after the wedding.

3 piece suit arrived in 3 days,we'd measured wrong, sent 2 pieces back and replacements arrived days later, perfect fit, excellent quality , excellent service, would recommend them to everyone.

Ringing them is not worth it You are lucky to get through...
Anyway emailed Rachel my suit was 44....32 waist....as they compare to next sizes but in any case they didn't fit....sent the suit bk at my cost which was 15..oo.....
I contacted them 5 times but in fairness to Rachel they apologized
They sorted the suit replacement within 7 days...
Linin suit is well made.
The buttons could be better...
I would say if you order a 44chest get a 42.....same in waistcoat...
I'm a 32 waist all day ..please order a 34...
It always hard buying a suit online...

Good tweed but pants didnt fit probably i got wrong size also pocket watch is awesome

Had to exchange the tweed coat to a different size, sorted at a date to accomadate my holiday, no issues, superb fit, excellent service, numerous items from here 5*

Suit is of good quality for the price. Returns process slightly slow and email responses also sporadic but got there eventually. Would use again but give yourself plenty of time in case you need to return/change items.

I took a gamble and ordered the twill suit online.
The jacket is a comfortable fit, but the trousers were the wrong size - they were labelled incorrectly!
There was a delay in having to pay for returning them and waiting for a replacement, but eventually received the correct size which also fit comfortably.
Recommended for price, quality and helpful communication.

Hi the suit came quite quickly and when it arrived the packaging was really bad. It was creased very badly and the finish was not good. So I sent it back and I have been waiting for a refund for over a month even thought I now email frequently there is no answer please do not buy abitto uk are the same site as abitto international!

The Grey Tweed coat is everything I was hoping for. It is stylish, well made and warm without being too heavy. I used the standard free delivery and it arrived the same week that I placed the order, and was tracked and all communication was timely and relevant. I have also previously bought a 3 piece tweed suit which was also excellent. I would definitely recommend Abitto for great value, high quality products. Cannot fault.
