A very swift and efficient process. The team at Able Surveyors communicated with me transparently during the process and were happy to address any follow-up queries I had. Very thorough report with lots of useful info being highlighted on the property I am planning to buy. The report was actually produced the next day after the survey although it was previously said it was going to take up to 4 business days. This means I don't have to wait until next week to action some of the points being highlighted. Highly recommended.
