We honestly cannot recommend Lee highly enough.
We came to Lee after a really stressful experience elsewhere and at a point where we were starting to wonder whether buying our new home was even going to be possible. Our circumstances weren’t completely straightforward, and rather than simply putting an application through and hoping for the best, Lee took the time to properly understand our situation, research the right lender and speak directly with lender representatives before submitting anything.
From that point onwards, he was absolutely brilliant.
Lee was incredibly responsive, patient and reassuring throughout what was, for us, a very stressful process. He kept us updated, chased when he could, answered my endless questions and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance — even when I’m sure I probably was! 😂
What impressed us most was how much he genuinely seemed to care about getting the right outcome for us. We never felt like just another application. He was knowledgeable, realistic and honest, but also determined to do everything he could to get our mortgage over the line.
Today we received our mortgage offer for the house we desperately wanted, and the relief is enormous. After everything we had been through before finding Lee, I genuinely don’t think I can put into words how grateful we are.
If you’re looking for a mortgage adviser who knows his stuff, communicates brilliantly and will genuinely go the extra mile for his clients, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lee.

Me and my partner used Ashley to renew our mortgage, we couldn’t have been happier. The service was great and anything we asked never felt like too much.
