They helped me set up my move. Everything was explained so I could understand. The rate was great. The movers they sent were great, professional and kind. This took so much stress off of me. Thanks again for all your help

1st off shouldn't get 1 star. Greg was very rude!!! He cussed at me and called me names for requesting quotes from companies because I can't put a deposit down. Im disabled, on a fixed income, he wouldn't let me talk, he would talk over me. When I asked for a supervisor, he continued to stay on the line. Very bad company, unprofessional, rude!!

I hired AB Moving for what I thought would be a careful, professional move. I specifically told them my rare Charles R. Sligh grandfather clock (valued at $40,000) required special handling. They assured me they could do it, and even charged extra for “professional” care.

On moving day, the crew handled the clock carelessly, ignoring my instructions and the fact that this was an irreplaceable heirloom. As a result, they caused significant damage.

When I reported it, I provided photos, proof of value, and all requested documentation. Weeks later, their “resolution” was to offer me $72. Yes — seventy-two dollars for a $40,000 clock. That’s beyond insulting.

This company’s lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care is shocking. If you have valuable or fragile belongings, I urge you to avoid AB Moving. They will promise the world to get your business, but when something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Scammers. Deceptive Practices. DO NOT USE. I requested a quote online and called the phone number provided on 7/4 looking to move on 9/3. They beat my price for PODS moving. They disclosed the payment breakdown. I would pay 1/3 today, the rest a few days before, and the final balance when the movers arrive. They changed an extra % for a credit card payment over the phone. They explained that but NEVER mentioned that the reservation over 60 days out was not refundable. I would have never agreed to that since all companies offer refunds or don’t charge if changes happen at least 5 days prior. I called and emailed to cancel on July 31 and August 16 but have heard nothing from the company. I am out $950 due to deceptive practices and I still need the money to fly and see my wife’s dying grandmother. I was scammed and taken advantage of since they never verbally told me my money was no refundable. I was pressured and hurried to lock in a rate. They offered me a credit for a year. If I just needed to postpone my move a year I would have used them but since I did not have a new move date I am just out my $900.

If I could give a negative star I would. AB moving is by far the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Not only did they practically rob me by riding the clock for almost 8 hours to move a 1500 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment but the mover called the cops to my door because I wanted to dispute the charge. I called customer service more than 15 times to get help and no one would help. Fernando, the person in charge of the movers was rude and unwilling to help as well and told me to negotiate a deal with his movers... I'm not their boss, why should I have to deal with these guys when you're in charge??? They also had my belongings spread throughout the community and I had my leasing office calling me to ask why my things were all over the place. When have you ever heard of 3 large men moving furniture that was already packed taking 6.5 hours??? Isn't this your job that you make income from? You would think they would have a system down to be efficient. What's more baffling is that it only took one complete hour to fully unload everything and only one guy was bringing stuff upstairs. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! Don't trust them and go with someone else! Oh and I also caught all three movers in a resident only access pool area taking selfie's and when I asked what they were doing the main guy pulled out his iPhone to show me the steps he took that day in reference to him "getting the work done" they charged me $1026.86 A TOTAL SHAM!

They stole my stuffs and not answer phone calls, is like I never get service from them. I lost 1500dlls thanks to them on missing items and damage furniture!
