Rang customer service for advice concerning the warranty registration, installation and filter replacement for Proboil system

We had our first new proboil unit for 3 years when it started leaking from the seal around the bottom of the unit. When I contacted the company they told me we lived in a hard water area (we don’t, which they later accepted). After a lot of going and froing and having to prove how it was set up, we eventually received a new unit as a goodwill gesture. This was fine, but it was a plumber/electrician who installed our first unit and neither my wife nor I are plumbers or electricians. We did manage to set it up after a couple of hours but when we got it working, there was a burning rubber smell from the unit. Obviously, given the issues we’ve had already, we switched it off immediately and contacted the company. I had hoped that a service technician would come out but Jade just got back to my email and asked us to flush through both the red and blue pipes with no mention of what could be causing the smell. E.g. Is it just because it’s new? Is this a common occurrence? Attached to the email was a form asking for the exact same information we were asked when we had the leak with our first unit. We don’t really have time to go through all of this and we have agreed that it this is another faulty unit we will get a Quooker or even just go back to a kettle. We know how to work one of those. In addition, the leak caused by the first unit has ruined our cupboard. I also asked for advice on how to register the warranty with our replacement unit but this wasn’t answered.

Excellent after service from Shelli following a little issue with our Monobloc tap. Shelli was very responsive to our enquiry and the replacement parts were received the next day with clear and easy instructions and the offer to provide additional support if needed. Much to my surprise, my husband managed to install the replacement part successfully! Thank you Shelli.

Brilliant service from Jade in Customer Services. One email about a leaking tap and a replacement O-ring set with fitting instructions arrived within 48 hours. Couldn't ask for more!

Excellent after sales service. We had a small issue with our new tap. And gave Abode a quick call and within a few minutes it was all sorted. Steven couldn’t have been more helpful. And the tap is a great product too. So all in all, very highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service! We had a hot water tap installed incorrectly by our plumber so it stopped working after 6 weeks. The customer service I received from Jade was fantastic and hugely appreciated considering it wasn’t a fault with the product, wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Super fast response and got to the bottom of the issue immediately. Tap is lovely and boiler system is quiet and effective when installed.

Fantastic service from ProBoil.
We needed a replacement boiler / Jade and Ros via email and phone were great and Steve was outstanding - talked us through the whole installation process - was unfailingly patient. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Contacted company about a spare grub screw and bush for my Airo Dual Lever mixer tap as the third party spares company does not sell these items and the tap is out of guarantee . The lady who I spoke to was very helpful and sent me replacement spares free of charge - the handle now fits well and I think this company should be congratulated for their excellent customer service.

Excellent after care service - small issue with our Proboil tap, quickly sorted and parts on the way.

Had a problem with my Proboil 2X boiler. Contacted customer service and spoke to Jade. She managed to sort the problem and get a replacement posted to me within 24hrs. Very helpful and great to get aftercare customer service like that.
