Don’t buy from this company! No items received contacted this company every month that went by and was told a refund was in its way, from August 2025 until today (march 26) nothing and still emails they will look into it!!

Called because we had broken a part on our Proboil 2x expecting to have to jump through expensive hoops to get the part we needed, only to be surprised by exceptional customer service from Kristen and the company. Free of charge replacement wingnut and descaler! Which arrived quickly and as hoped. Thank you so much, l would recommend this product and service. We will be life long customers for sure! Great company and service.

Just the tops! I called the company when the plumber could not source spare parts for my fabulous Decadence Monobloc tap. Steve was so helpful and I particularly appreciated that in these days where many businesses provide shabby support. My treasured Decadence Monobloc tap is to be consigned to history, but Steve provided excellent support in identifying the successor and completing the purchase of it. Thank you, Steve.

Stylish taps and the after service is exceptional, the customer service team are easy to contact and really helpful, they identified the issue and sent the replace part our first class with the instructions on how to fit it. 1st class service.

Our hot water boiler was out of warranty but customer services were brilliant at sending out a replacement. Hopefully the new one will last but couldn’t fault the customer service.

Fairly painless replacement of a boiler that was leaking, which we inherited after buying a house. Customer service were good and a new unit was prompty delivered with clear instructions; the only pain really was the £270 charge. As Nick the Greek might say, seems expensive...

An Abode tap arrived with a faulty hot/cold indicator ring. A replacement was speedily arranged by Olivia in Customer Service, after submission of photo and video evidence.

We love our Abode Atlas Aquifier tap. However, would you believe it, 2 weeks after the 5 year warranty expired, the tap sprung a leak. Assuming it was the O-rings, I changed though but it was still leaking. Contacted Customer Services and, rather than the AI bot you seem to have to talk to everywhere these days, I got a real, helpful, human being! They diagnosed the problem, which was the spout, sent out a new spout same day and it was working again a few days later. No fuss about the warranty, just sent it straight out. This is what real customer service is about!

I contacted Abode for spare parts for my kitchen tap which was under warranty. I was asked the usual questions regarding my details and without any fuss or lengthy conversation, I was sent the spare parts without any quibble.
I was extremely impressed with their service and pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service provided and politeness of Marjorie who I spoke with. Thank you so much Abode.

I cannot fault ProBoil’s customer service.

Following a power interruption, my ProBoil unit went into fault. While it was difficult for any engineer to say with absolute certainty what caused the issue, ProBoil took a pragmatic, customer-focused and solution-led approach from the outset.

Although they were under no obligation to do so, they reviewed the information provided and arranged for a brand new boiler to be sent free of charge, purely as a goodwill gesture. Their priority was ensuring I wasn’t left without a hot water facility and avoiding unnecessary delay, inconvenience or disruption.

In an era where customer service often feels defensive and transactional, ProBoil stood out by being responsive, fair and genuinely supportive. It was handled with professionalism and common sense throughout.

A brilliant example of how customer service should be done. Highly recommended.

I bought a kitchen tap and spray for my kitchen and from the outset the spray was faulty. I called the customer services team at AbodeDesigns and they took weeks to respond. When they finally did they told me to carry out a series of repairs that never worked. They finally agreed to offer a replacement but told me I would have to wait a month because the products were out of stock. After a month they sent the wrong items. Then they said the products were still out of stock and had to wait another month. It's been 4 months since I started dealing with them. My tap is still not working and I still don't have a date for the delivery of the replacement.

DO NOT BUY PROBOIL 3

Purchased a proboil 3 tap for my new kitchen in 2019. Recently stopped working so I contacted the number on the product to be offered no resolution. They stated it is no longer serviceable and is no longer manufactured. No option but to pay for it to be removed and order a new one. Will not be doing this due to the poor customer service and reliability of this product.
Currently left with a large paper weight under my sink and having to use a kettle. Lots of people seem to have had the same problem.

Excellent customer service. We had an issue with kitchen taps which has been resolved very swiftly and very satisfactorily. The Atlas taps themselves are excellent. Overall, very happy with the customer service, Abode has been a good company to deal with, can recommend.

Went over and above to replace my Proboil 2X water boiler for free when it was long out of the official warranty period.

They set the standard which other businesses can only dream of.

Great looking tap, which works well. We did have a small leak from the filter tap, but a replacement valve was despatched very quickly with good clear instructions and this fixed the problem.

We bought our house with proboil already in it. First time we've had an issue with it,contacted the company and it was resolved unbelievably quickly and everyone were so helpful! This time we've had slight issue with boiling tap,again contacted the company and once again Shelli was just outstanding! Sent everything we needed within couple of days of me contacting them! What an amazing customer service and great bunch of people working within the company. Thanks guys!!
