Customer After Care service first class, other companies should learn from Abode Home Products.

We had an issue with our hot tap and the wonderful Stephen at Abode Proboil went above and beyond to help us sort it. He listened to our issue about the product and talked us through how to work out that it was definitely the Proboil.4E boiler at fault. Out of warranty however processed a replacement which includes de scalers and filter, made payment ( reasonable cost), Stephen provided very clear instructions on how to install the new replacement boiler, which a family member can do and if required can be on a call to talk them through replacing the boiler.

Stephen was so patient, cannot fault the service, it was professional, polite, prompt, clear and thorough.

In this day it’s hard to find companies with this level of after care and support. Stephen is a credit to the business. Thank you

Steve quickly determined the leaking parts specification and sent a replacement pack FOC. It was a kind, expedient, and highly appreciated service. Rare for a company to look after their customers in this way in these modern times. Thank you Abode. We appreciated your support with this.

Bit of a journey but Stephen from the technical support team was not going to give up and wanted to resolve it for me before Christmas too! I think I may have misled him initially with the tap type so we had a couple of iterations with wrong parts until he asked for some photos of the tap: then the eureka moment. As he said he knows his taps! He was now able to quickly send the right parts for my 15 year old tap and the leaks are gone and it looks pretty much like new. After paying for the initial parts I was never expected to pay anymore, great after sales service from Stephen and Abode. Many thanks!

Frankly surprised how quickly and helpfully the company responded to my problem with a new kitchen tap. They didn’t have the required spare part valve in stock so sent me a whole new unit to cannibalise or replace. Understanding and helpful on phone. Top marks, I just hope the new one works better!

Had an issue with my boiling water tap where the valve was not working properly, contacted the customer service team who identified the issue and despatched replacement parts that arrived next day with detailed instructions to fit. Tap was sorted quickly and efficiently. Excellebt service all round, keep it up 😀

My new kitchen came with an Abode sink. However, there was a crucial washer missing from the installation pack. I contacted Abode and the staff were so helpful in finding the correct parts that included the washer. This was done extremely quickly, so thank you the the staff who helped me.

Called them because our tap was spitting steam! Talked us through the problem and we're constantly in touch until the problem was solved and the tap back to normal.

I had some problems with my much loved Proboil PB2X but I am absolutely delighted with the brilliant customer service I received from Margery. I hope that the boiler lasts well now, but I know that Margery will be her lovely helpful self should I have any further issues. What a breath of fresh air in this era of generally absent or poor customer service in many places.

My recent warranty issue with the Proboil 2x could easily have turned into a major problem, but the company handled it well (finally). After initial delays, Kris in Customer Care stepped in and completely turned the situation around. Kris's intervention restored confidence in the product and the brand. The warranty claim was honoured.

Excellent customer service and a great example of how after-sales support should be handled. Fully deserving of five stars.

From start to finish, Proboil handled my issue professionally and fairly. After a fault with my PB2X unit, their customer experience team reviewed the case quickly and agreed to replace the boiler as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated.

Communication throughout was clear and helpful. I was given practical maintenance advice, clear installation guidance, and all the relevant support documents without having to chase.

Thanks in particular to Margery and the team for their support and sensible approach to resolving the issue. A good example of how customer service should work.

Although I had an issue with my ProBoil 2x, when I contacted the Customer Service Team, I had a dedicated member of the team called Olivia who listened to the situation, guided me through what was needed to diagnose the issue, and resolved the issue without issue, fuss, and made me feel like as an end user I actually mattered to their business. I cannot recommend or commend Olivia & the Customer Service enough.

Contacted chstomer services with regard to leaking boiling tap. A plumber said I needed a new tap. Margery was exceptional. She explained how to strip the handle and told be the size of the alen key and included a diagram to strip the tap. A new valve arrived the next day. Repair completed. Thank you.

The service I received today from Chris was exceptional.
He was very knowledgable regards the product I was calling about.
Identified the part I required and I have no doubt that it is in the post heading my way.

Love my Proboil, however when it encountered a fault I was concerned I'd have to fork for a new one however the team (Margery) was excellent! I'm waiting on a new one at no cost as I was covered under warranty. Excellent service!
