Lovely staff, very efficient and welcoming plus reasonable prices, we bought 4 pairs and go for tests every one to two years. We will miss the lovely Jan who has just retired.

Liz was absolutely brilliant, she dealt with my glasses issue quickly and efficiently, very impressed. She was friendly and very helpful with her advice. Would definitely recommend.

Visited A B Optics as an emergency appointment due to a problem with my eyes. Straight away I was put at ease by Ainsley on reception. Waited a few minutes and then was taken through to see Kal, she was very professional but also friendly, explaining everything she was doing. I’ve passed by the shop many times but never took any notice that it was an opticians. I will definitely be going there again,I received brilliant service.

I have been coming here for several years and always a very friendly experience, great attention to detail. Much preferred over the large high street chains.

Everything about my yearly eye exam at the Tamworth practice makes me feel relaxed but more important confident in the optician as attention to every aspect commands nothing less than 100% all the members of staff are helpful, friendly and go above and beyond when needed, would not dream of going anywhere else, thank you for everything.

The optician was very thorough with my examination and quite patient with me. She took her time to make sure everything was okay. When ordering my lenses, I had a choice to choose from. My glasses are a brilliant fit. Love the lenses. All the staff were absolutely wonderful.

I was able to reuse my hardly used Specsavers frames for A.B Optics lenses. Really pleased with the service. The guarantee sounds spectacular.

I am writing to thank Heidi and the team at A B Optics at Wylde Green for the the professional and caring service they provided. My wife had new glasses which she is very pleased with and when I spoke about a problem with my old glasses, replacement parts were provided without charge. My wife and I were very impressed with A B Optics.

Exceptional service from AB Optics Tamworth. Another retailer couldn’t repair my glasses for another week which left me without glasses for my trip abroad. I rang AB Optics who were more than happy to help. Within less than 24 hours I’d picked out a new frame and my glasses were made and ready to collect. I could not be happier with the turnaround as well as the warm, helpful and individual service I received. You have received a new returning customer. Thank you!

Great team, everyone super helpful , customer service , communication and advise top notch

Great service from friendly staff. I had a problem with my prescription from another optician and AB optics worked so hard to put everything right for me. It took me a while to find frames I liked and they were really patient with me, even offering another branch with different designs.
All in all, I will be returning to AB Optics for all future eye tests and glasses.

The Solihull Office is exceptionally good. Tracy and Jan are amazing, such a personal experience. They have looked after our family and extended family for years. Any concerns are immediately addressed and all staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Recently they have opened up the car park at rear of the building to customers, which is a great help. Highly recommended!
