Scammers stay away from this company.
I placed an order on November 15th. It was supposed to be delivered within 21-24/11 and never did.
I contacted the wannabe called “Customer Service” and I received an automated message that due to heave workload my shipment was delayed.
This is a complete lie because they have notified me 2 days after I placed my order that it was shipped and provided a tracking number.
Most probably a fake one since the delivery company doesn’t track the specific number. It is listed as “shipped not found”
Contacted the customer service 3 times so far and I never received a clear answer or my order. I clearly asked cancellation of the order and a refund but they claimed that they can’t since my order is shipped!!!

Πρώτη φορά το δοκίμασα με και τα λεφτά δεν έχουν επιστραφεί μετά από 25 ημέρες. Θα έλεγε κανείς απάτη. Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών λέει συνεχώς το ίδιο ποίημα. Μακριά δεν το συνιστώ σε καμία περίπτωση.

Απαράδεκτη εμπειρία με το About You!!!!
Έκανα επιστροφή προϊόντος στις 31/10 και σήμερα, 20/11 ακόμα δεν έχω λάβει τα χρήματά μου.
Κάθε φορά που επικοινωνώ μαζί τους, μου δίνουν και μια διαφορετική δικαιολογία: «θέμα στο σύστημα», «θα το κάνουμε χειροκίνητα», και γενικά ό,τι δικαιολογία μπορούν να σκεφτούν.
Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι αναποτελεσματική, ζηταω να μιλησω με υπευθυνο, ο οποιος τη μια δεν υπαρχει, την αλλη δεν ειναι διαθεσιμος και το πρόβλημα φυσικά παραμένει άλυτο εδώ και σχεδόν έναν μήνα. Πραγματικά απογοητευτική εμπειρία.
Δεν θα ξαναπαραγγείλω ποτέ!!!!!

The fact that I can order without a minimum cost to have free shipping and I can return my order without any charge. Furthermore, the procedure of returning an item is super easy. Plus I can find all the brands I want.

Everything was fine, except the delay of my order

Fake cheap Chinese low cost products, apears to be real luxury brands. This company is a scam and the owners must be arrested.

Παρόλο που έχω ψωνίσει στο παρελθόν από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία και ήμουν ευχαριστημένη, δυστυχώς η τελευταία μου παραγγελία με εξέπληξε δυσάρεστα δημιουργώντας μου αμφιβολία για την γνήσιοτητα μιας και πρόκειται για μπότες UGG. Το πακέτο ήρθε σε no name κουτί, χωρίς κάποια καρτελακι και περιτύλιγμα που συνήθως έχουν. Φοβάμαι πως πλήρωσα ένα προϊόν το οποίο δεν είναι γνήσιο. Θα το σκεφτώ πολύ σοβαρά να παραγγείλω ξανά....

Άψογη συσκευασία και πολύ γρήγορη παράδοση και μάλιστα, πριν την ημερομνηνία πού μού ανακοινώσατε κατά την αγορά. Ότι παρήγγειλα ήρθε όπως το παρήγγειλα χωρίς λάθη και με όλα τα έγγραφα.
Μία πολύ ευχάριστη πρώτη εμπειρία συνεργασίας.

I made a purchase last week, two days after i got an email that my purchase was shipped. I clicked the link and it said shipment not found. I let it a couple of days ago to see if it is a system thing and then i chatted on support. However the support is a f**king bot. I don’t understand why they use them. Completely unhelpful. Now i need to wait for their email… if they ever come back to me… i will wait 2 days if nothing then i will dispute the transaction

Έχω κάνει τρεις παραγγελίες από το site με τις δύο δεν είχα κάποιο θέμα σχετικά όμως με την τρίτη φορά είχα κάνει παραγγελία ένα τζιν και αποφάσισαν να μου στείλουν ένα νούμερο μεγαλύτερο χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση! Προσπάθησα να μιλήσω με την υποστήριξη του site καμία απάντηση. Πήρα τηλέφωνο να μάθω τον λόγο και να με βοηθήσουν με την αλλαγή στο μέγεθος και πάλι καμία απάντηση!!!

I would love to post a picture of the box that i got for my Adidas But they don't allow me ...A box that can take only one shoe..But to my suprise They did put both 😐for God's sake I ordered a pair of Adidas original..😕
