This is hands down the worst company ive worked for in my existance. I worked as a onsite coordinator on a temporary for one of your contracts and you tried to force extra out of hours work from me. Your lucky I didnt sue you and take you to court for it as I was not permenant contract.. Tried to make me do 2 peoples job for one persons salary. Well you realized I wasnt stupid anyway and wouldnt let you take me for a ride..This is the reason you will never be as good as staffline who I worked for before.

Worst agency .Just avoid , fell sick for 5 days and agency just ended up my contract with them . The client wanted me back on shifts as they needed me and asked me couple of times why I am not coming to work and I had to explain that agency just ended up the contract , and they didn't understand how this is possible. Also like most of the agencies they asked in the first days to complete a survey and leave a review , even though you haven't worked with them yet . Thats why they have probably some 5 stars as I myself gave them 5 stars as I was asked to do this . Abstract Recruitment from Doncaster are just in case you can't find any other jobs at all. Would not recommend it to my dogs

Scam recruitment agency, expected me to go and work for 2 full days unpaid for essential safety critical forklift conversion training. Completely illegal. Do not apply for a job with Abstract, the head office doesnt bother to answer the phone.

Edited to reply to their reply - I have phoned your head office 32 times since you left this comment, not ONCE have you answered your phone. How am I meant to give you details when you don't bother to answer and provide no other contact method?

Would not recommend this organisation. In my experience, there have been serious concerns regarding pension management(POSSIBLE FRAUD), they have been denounced already, a lack of reliability, and failure to follow proper procedures. Employees often receive little to no support when facing issues such as unfair dismissal, contract cancellation, or disputes with management.

Rather than relying solely on internal complaints, I would encourage affected employees to seek external advice and support from organisations such as ACAS and other relevant authorities. Workers should be aware of their rights and consider reporting any concerns through the appropriate channels.

Overall, I found the company unsupportive of its employees and unwilling to properly address workplace issues.

I have been working with this recruitment agency for around two months so far, and I’m very happy with my experience. The team has been friendly, especially @Hristalina she is supportive, and professional from the beginning. Communication has been good, and they made the whole process smooth and easy. I appreciate their support and look forward to continuing to work with them.

Wrote a grievance complaint about my dismissal and damage to my car that has happened whilst I was representing this atrocious agency, 3 weeks down the line no one replies or when they do it's a very vague awnser and my car is still damaged. Got dismissed for taking time off (paternity leave) but now they turned it around saying it was attitude. Up to this point there was never an issue. Just want my grievance complaint dealt with by someone that it's actually competent at their job and my car damaged sorted. In terms of my car I do assure you either you or client will be paying for it.

I had a terrible experience with Abstract Recruitment. Our work ended on 29 September 2025, but I still haven’t received my final pay or my P45. They paid only part of my holiday pay after four weeks, and nothing since then. Around 80 workers from the same site are in the same situation. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to workers. I don’t recommend this agency at all.

Was working for a company one minute & told by a what's app message the next that I was being cancelled by the company & not to attend site unless authorised(makes me feel like a threat to this company...which I am not).
Also the person working for this recruitment company got my name wrong 🙄 not professional at alI, pick you up & drop you whenever it's suits them,would not work for an agency again

Worse job agencies I’ve ever been to .. taken all my details was ask to attend an induction at ceve I think the name was . At this time pretty much had the job. The lady then said to me when can you start, I said tomorrow that’s fine . Then I just have to wait for the manger to get backed to me on a decision. Never heard anything backed .. p , s don’t ever bother with that company
