Abstrax Quantum for the win
Easy to navigate website, fast shipping, the Quantum performed as advertised which was a high bar. Great and easy to reach customer service (Craig rules!)

Hey thanks for choosing Abstrax Terrence!
Reliable and easy to work with.
As always, a great and reliable product! using Krush Quantum this time to boost a WC Pilsner was a great addition and a fun experiment. Even though the communication about my shipment being backordered fell through, once I communicated with customer service my order was overnighted at no additional charge.

Took a while to ship but it’s free shipping
Took a while to ship but it’s free shipping so can't complain that much. Product is great though so worth any shipping issues. Ordered a week ago and it just shipped and now there’s delays with the shipper. Not all their fault…

The mango flavor and aroma blew me away. We used it in conjunction with real fruit puree, and I am very impressed with the finished beer.

Easy ordering
Easy ordering. Especially happy that you have made this product available to general public. Have not yet been able to try the product yet. Did not give five stars because adult signature was required. Had to make special arrangements to not miss second delivery attempt. Should make it a choice when ordering. Big hassle! Can’t wait to get started experimenting with products.

Grapefruit passionfruit guava all great
Grapefruit, passionfruit, and guava. Would get all 3 again for sure. The grapefruit is not quite as dimensional as fresh grapefruit but certainly suffices, and the other two are nice. Hard to get the quantities I need of fresh exotics like that in the quality I'd like, so the aromatics are highly appreciated.

Sometimes, I feel like my emails are answered by robots rather than humans. Fair enough, I’m learning new stuff and not a huge customer, probably never will be.

Hey thanks Bryan!! We agree, we're working on cutting down our shipping times. It'll only get better from here. Thanks for trying Abstrax!
The product is good, but not the lead time.
The product is good, could still be better. The lead time is tough to deal with and not really understandable. Also it was shipped out on a Friday, turning what would be 1 day of transit into 3.
