Great experience. Professional Drivers. On time all day!

Reserving the bus was a awesome experience, the price was also awesome, the bus driver that took me on my trip was a very, very nice, and pleasant guy, however the bus sent was below standard. This was my first time using this company, first impressions, are lasting impressions.

My experience with Academy was EXCELLENT! So much so that my group has booked another trip requesting the same driver we had this past weekend. My experience has been exceptional from the start. Thomas (TJ) Lawrence, the individual that booked my trip, was informative, responsive, and provided the utmost customer service. There is not one time that I called or emailed him and he didn't make me feel like I was the only customer he was working with at that time. Israel Burton, our driver, was amazing! He was courteous, helpful, and drove us to Raleigh and back safely. he motor coach was clean, bathroom clean, and all passengers were extremely complimentary of the experience. I am beyond pleased!

I have been booking my Ski Club's trips with Academy Bus for at least the last 5 years and they're a pleasure to deal with. Their buses are in excellent condition and their drivers are great. We've considered other bus companies but we always come back to Academy.

We had Jess Miller in Jacksonville for the last 5 days. We have not had a more knowledgeable, punctual, friendly driver in some time. Thoroughly impressed with the job she did. Went so far as requesting her for the rest of our trips to Florida this year.

Everything from booking our trip to our trip home was seamless. Lori arranged our trip quickly and efficiently. Our driver, Clinton, was on time to pick us up and greeted us all as we entered the bus. We had a smooth ride to NYC and arrived on time for our show. Clinton kept in touch with us as it approached pick up time and met us at the location that was previously agreed upon. We had a great trip home and an overall successful trip to NYC for the Rockette's Experience. Thank you Academy!

I was lucky enough to be paired with Dawn who was punctual, exercised good discretion while driving (she knew the fastest way to get us to our location) and went above and beyond in making sure our group was taken cared of and everyone was satisfied. If ever I am in DC again, I would like to work with her.

Always a great, comfortable trip, especially when Jill is driving. She's calm, very polite and very professional. Thank you Jill, I will be traveling again very soon!

I am a long time user of Academy Buses in NYC and other cities all over the East Coast. I have always had the highest praise for their coaches and most of their drivers.
I had the worst experience EVER while making a transfer from Miami Intl to Carnival Cruise terminal. My mother was ill from the flight, we asked if we had time to get food and were told 5 minutes later to board the bus. We sat on a FREEZING cold coach #11931, (a bus that seems to still be around from 1960) for 35 minutes in front of the comfortable terminal with food without moving or explanation. 40 minutes later, We finally moved only to go 1 gate away to pick up 5 other guests. This stop took another 20 minutes. Arrived at cruise terminal, the driver mumbled something about unloading and I yelled that someone needed to get off the coach. The driver then LOCKED all the passengers on the bus and ignored me while unloading 40 pieces of luggage and my Mother began vommitng on the coach. The driver and luggage helper continued to ignore me knocking on the window and screaming to have my mother exit. Once they were finished with bags, the driver actually paused to drink and wipe his brow as we still waited to disembark.
I am a tour guide and have never in 10 years seen such practice by any driver on any coach in the US Canada and Europe.
I notice this is common practice because your drivers need to get tipped but leaving passengers locked in a coach without operator inside is gross negligence and very bad practice by your company.

Great customer service. First arrive on time just as I was told. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good grade bus service. Especially if you have a large group. I will most definitely be using them again in the future if ever needed. I really appreciate the business and great customer service!
