I HAVE USED ACADEMY FOR SOME YEARS AFTER MY ORIGINAL ASCOT BASED BROKER WAS PURCHASED BY THEM, MAYBE 10 YRS HENCE.
SERVICE OF LATE I HAVE FOUND INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT AND CONFUSED. CUSTOMER SERVICES EITHER DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND ARE SLOW [IN ONE CASE A WEEK] TO RESPOND TO AN EMAIL.
I CURRENTLY HAVE A PREMIUM CONTENTS COVER POLICY AND A BUILDINGS COVER [WITH ZURICH] WHICH I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO AMMEND SINCE 15TH NOVEMBER AND STILL REMAINS UNRESOLVED. IF THIS DRAGS OUT MUCH LONGER I WILL BE MOVING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
I HAVE CALLED AGAIN TODAY ; THE PERSON I AM DEALING WITH IS OFF AND THE ALTERNATIVE PERSON THEY COULD NOT CONNECT ME TO.
NOT GOOD, SO MUCH FOR PRIVATE EQUITY HELD BUSINESSES.

Have yet to find a company that beats their quotes , have been with them for a number of years now and found they just keep things simple and easy to use . 👍

Harvinder is extremely helpful,but trying to contact via phone is not working well,can only get anywhere via email these days

I dealt with Michael Dodd this year and again I was so pleased with the service and results. For the 2nd year in a row they have found me an amazing deal that we are so happy with and will definitely be using them again next year for our house insurance.

Internet renewal no good and phone long waiting queue, not easy to contact

Waited ages on hold on the phone with several calls. Documents did not arrive until the next day on the portal. This was after a request to review the experience.

I was given good information and was fully aware of the purchase by the customer advisor

Asked for call back. Recieved one in couple of hours but missed call as at work.
Called back later but hubby had already sorted new insurance with yourselves!
All sorted over phone.

Second year running and can not fault the service and dedication I received. I really feel like a valued respected customer. Harvinder exceeded my expectations as usual and has most definitely gone beyond this year. Despite being ill she managed to get my renewal quote processed with only one email sent to her. Thank you once again Harvinder.

Did take a while to get through today but good service as ever

I can't even remember when I started using Academy for my car insurance but it is about 20 years ago. The renewal prices have always been good and they have helpful real people on the phones. So prices good, cover correct and superb customer service; what else would I or anyone else want?
