Very good service. Made changing my card machine easy and hassle free. I was kept informed of each step and helped with the set up. Excellent communication. Would definitely recommend their services.

This is my fourth year with Dave and trusted payments. 3 years with his first adventure and our first and fourth year with his new merchant. Better prices and services. I wholeheartedly recommend trusted payments..way better than all the others.

Great service. Dave called me very soon after I initially registered and had me set up within minutes. The whole process was simple to get my business set up and the card machine was delivered a few days later. Dave kept in contact throughout the whole process and help was available if I needed. This will save me over 50% on my fees compared to my SumUp pin pad.
Would highly recommend!!!

Dave was brilliant, was brilliant to work with and efficient.
He understood the frustration of the Card machine service being so expensive and did something about, I have 2 terminals with him now for less than the price I was paying for one, and his rates are just so much better!

Worked with Dave, who was very competent. Extremely effective, punctual, and meticulous in his job. He reduced the transaction fees I paid to my prior merchant supplier by 20% per month. After signing up, he visited my business multiple times to check on how things were doing and to train my team on the new terminal.

We needed a card machine for our business and Dave has been so helpful from the start. Highly recommend.

We have been thinking of changing our card provider for some time but found it difficult to get clarity on the charges. Online enquiries lead to phone calls and emails but comparison was difficult and pricing structures were unclear. One call to David following an initial enquiry dealt with all queries and clarified all charges. The card machine came just over a week later and is so much quicker than the old one. Really pleased we make the decision to change to Accepted Payments.

Great service, David Evans installed new terminals at our 3 sales branches in January 2021. All working well and we have made over a 30% saving on our credit card charges over the last 12 months moving to Accepted payments and Elavon from our previous provider.

Open and upfront about all costs so I could clearly compare. Saved me a reasonable amount in monthly charges compared to the pay as you go option I was on. Quick and efficient switching over
