I am a stairlift engineer at Senior Stairlifts
The access lifts are by far one of the best to fit.
The flow is my favourite lift to fit and is my go to for most tricky situations
Five stars all the way

Senior Stairlifts/Access BDD

We, Senior Stairlifts Ltd, have been working along side Access BDD for a number of years now and have built a very good relationship with them in that period. Gary Crofts, Anthony Dias, Tony Walker and the entire office have been key in helping us establish a real presence in the UK as an Access BDD dealer. The products that this company provide are among the best in the industry and the after sales support is great too. We look forward to strengthening our relationship over the years to come.

Phenomenal Customer Service

Everyone in the company is so responsive and attentive to the needs of my staff. From ordering to installation to service, Access BDD is setting the bar higher for manufacturer customer service. So patient with questions and they really take the time to explain the why of their system while learning the why of our systems. They are true to their word, their products do exactly what they say they will do. No gimmicks, no sales tactics, just simply - this is who we are and we are proud of it. I can say in return, I am proud to be one of their dealer partners.

Great Customer Support

These products/warranty are a step above the rest. John is an amazing Representative for this company and has done great explaining everything. Highly recommended.

Juan Rivera

A huge thank you to Juan Rivera for helping my tech Allan with the programming of a Flow-X curved stair lift. Without Juan helping us out we would never have been able to do the install. In the end the client was very happy with everything and now her Mom will be able to go upstairs to take a shower and sleep in her own bed. Thanks again so much Juan, you saved the day for us.
