Excellent service…
Great service from initial phone call to discussion and fitting for my parents' house. Everything explained well regarding practical and financial options. Easy payment system. Engineers respectful and efficient. Stairlift has really helped with heart and arthritis problems.

I suspect the cable from seat to footrest is a bit to long as footrest does not lie flat I’ve tried to get seat to lie down but not successful a vey nice chair a bit on large size at top of stairs difficult to pass at top. Kindest regards Keith

Fitters arrived on time, were polite & cheerful & got on with the job , cleared up afterwards.

Takes your money for a 5* service…
Takes your money for a 5* service contract which includes a service, the service never happened and now I’ve received another bill for this year for my 5* service contract expecting me to pay again, also there has been a part broke on my stair lift for over a year and was told they would fix it but now one came out.
