Corrects mistakes
Once it was clear what had to be done and I sold the advisor that they had given me the wrong information on time frame for application they were really good and bent over backwards to help me. This has to be commended.

Hi,
Thank you so much for your kind feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
I’m sorry to hear there was some confusion around the initial timeframe provided as that’s certainly not the standard we aim for. However, I’m really pleased that once this was clarified, our team was able to support you and work hard to put things right.
Your recognition means a lot to us, and I’ll be sure to pass your comments on to the team.
Wishing you all the very best moving forward.
