Staffs are polite and very helpful. They did explain clearly on service and required charges. Only minor issue is that system does not allow to have rental starting day a few days later than the registration day.

Third time renting a unit from Access Storage at Kennedy & Stouffville Road. The units and the building are clean and well kept. The staff are amazing. Very helpful & responsive. They are always on top of everything and answer your questions quickly and professionally. Highly recommend you utilize Access for your storage needs!!

Was in the Lasalle Access location today and had great service from Lori, she answered all my questions and was very professional and courteous. Well done...a good employee.

From the beginning Melissa was fantastic and still is. Melissa was great in explaining the whole process to us and made the whole experience seamless. We would highly recommend this location!

Make sure you read every word of any information they give you. What they tell you will differ. I specifically asked if the charge would be pro-rated if I vacated the storage unit early and they said it would. When I gave notice they said I missed the deadline and would charge for the entire month. If that is the policy then they should say so, don't lie to customers. I don't appreciate that and would not use them again. If they aren't honest about that what if there is a bigger issue? Would never use again.

Excellent facility. Staff is always available to help when needed.

August 22nd, 2022 - This is a review for Access Storage at 21 Lowson Crescent in Winnipeg! Tiffany is the most caring, considerate and patient person and I would say she certainly must be a treasured employee! I rented a locker for my daughter
who has trust and paranoia issues. She was afraid to leave her belongings anywhere! Tiffany treated her and myself with so much compassion and kindness and in such a calm way! My daughter couldn't be happier with the experience she had! I would give more than 5stars if I could!!

Every time I am in need of a storage facility I return to Access Storage on Heartlake Rd. There service is impeccable. This recent time I was greeted by a lady named Crystal. She was in the middle of a situation and still managed to answer my questions, show me a storage space get my business and do all this with politeness and knowledge. Now she's the only employee I would like to deal with :) Overall, I would recommend Access Storage for keeping your valuables safe and protected with a added feature of great customer service.

Unethical business scandels.
This is the second time I have had to go and complained that they put insurance on my bill with out my authorisation. They are refusing to refund me my money back.

Moving out of our office and Access Storage was just across the street at 150 Duncan Mill Rd.. Called to check on the unit and rate and was not happy initially with the 1st guy who took my call. Submitted the contact form and got a call from Natasha after about an hour. She was very patient and listens to what we need and explained things clearly. Made a reservation and accommodated us on the date we need the space and adjusted the billing accordingly. We are happy with her service, her ability to listen and meet client needs. A bonus to a convenient and good location!

Total disappointment dealing with this company and their 14034 Hwy 10 location. Months ago the access gate broke and has not been functional. It is wide open all the time. In July, numerous units were broken into. Mine was one of them. They out right lied about how manu units were broken inot. Told me 2 or 3 but I am now aware that is was likely dozens of units. Went again today, and still no functional gate, place is wide open. Sadly, I was hit pretty hard and had numerous vintage items stolen. Carrera Go tracks, over 50 collectable Carrera cars, everything was taken. Numerous rc cars, control unit, all my rc tools, a special rc luggage unit filled with years of accumulated tools and rc accesories, a buddy buddy flight kit for rc aircraft, and that is just what I could find so far. The answer I got from the staff at Access was the same it has been for months. "We hope to have the gate fixed sometime soon" For company that advertises security, don't believe them. And just today I got my bill. Yup still full pop ofnover 300.00 a month. I recommend finding storage elsewhere and avoid this joke of a location.

The ladies at 176 Hayward Ave were outstanding. They were friendly and helpful. It was our first time renting a storage unit and they made the process seamless by helping us decide on the best value rental for us and explaining the pricing. Marleen and Hima are top-notch.

28 day billIing cycle is a pain billing date changes every month so you end up paying 13 times a year also they just jacked up the rental price Not satisfied.

We had the most wonderful experience dealing with Sonia at the Bolton location. She knew exactly what I needed. Sonia, took time to show us the units and explained the fees. She made the whole transaction smooth and possible. Her uplifting spirit is very contagious. A definite referrral.

Easy less than ten or five minute walk from Queen street east at Woodfield road , if using the T.T.C. , you are greeted with uh friendly radio station or two playing through out the building the office has the radio playing too , for friendly atmosphere , when you enter access storage at anytime of day , Ferris is usually at the desk during office hrs, great for conversation helps with any information that customers might need , sends billing dates and receipts to my email , pretty nice of Ferris , the office is clean and business never is rushed , if you need cardboard boxes the office has them right there , locks for sale really good ones , someother stuff if you need , check it out , one of the best locations for storage in Toronto , Thank you for reading , Have a nice day ... folks
