Our instructor Paula was engaging, knowledgeable and very efficient. Sharing experiences relative to the topics was extremely helpful.

This was my first time taking a PMP prep class, and it was an excellent investment of both time and money. The materials were well aligned with the PMP exam specifications, and the instructor, Steve, provided valuable templates, quizzes, and real-world examples that made the content stick.

I still plan to dedicate more time to independent study before sitting for the exam, but after this course, I feel much more confident and prepared.

Like the course content and executive level training. However, there is significant material that is covered at a very fast paced. I suggest the instructor to slow down in order to go fast. Meaning there should be practice exams baked into the curriculum definitely after every module and for the technical modules, even greater. This will help enforce the materials. Simulated group learning may also be very helpful to break out in difference group/teams to apply concepts that are learned. So in essence: principle theory, then practice, before more theory. We ended early every day which I really appreciate but would have benefited tremendously from the above if the additional 2-3 hours that we ended early was spent to address key points. This certification is not about project managing but to learn testing strategies of the material and practice of the material is key for passing the test.

Stephen Mercer did an excellent job walking us through preparation for our PMP tests. More importantly he was familiar enough and real-world experienced enough to pepper all of our lessons with best practice suggestions.

Stephen Mercer was an amazing instructor - super knowledgeable and succinct. I feel much more prepared to take the PMP and feel I have the base knowledge I need to finish up studies myself.

My only feedback is that this course is DENSE and it goes by so fast. I would love longer course options that are broken up into half days as by the end of the days it was difficult to retain info. Maybe 8 sessions instead of 4?

I also would love to see more class engagement. I loved the live questions. Would also like to see the questions be on an external questionare so we can't see others answers. Sometimes I felt like i was cheating cause i would see others answers and rethink mine before I put it.
