No access to toolkits and few documents as stated in course.

My initial experience with this company was pretty terrible.

I signed up for a live class only to have it canceled the day of TWICE. Ultimately I agreed to take the online version with Stephen Mercer. He was fantastic. Great timing of the course and lots of artifacts to use going forward. Do not hesistate to take virtually. The company also worked with me after the initial disappointment.

Todd Lowe was a great instructor that kept it entertaining throughout the classes. He really knew the subject matter and had great pointers to prepare for the PMP test

The project management course was very informative, and I learned a significant amount of material in a short period of time. I especially appreciated that Stephen Mercer shared a separate Google Drive with additional resources to help prepare for the exam. The tools and frameworks provided will also be valuable in my daily role as Director of Operations.

I also appreciated how he kept the class engaged throughout the duration of the course.

The only minor area for improvement was that some of the materials shared by Upskills differed slightly from what Mr. Mercer was using during instruction. When I brought this to his attention, he acknowledged it and noted that he would follow up with Upskills to make corrections.

Overall, I feel well prepared to take the exam and am looking forward to a positive result.

Overall the experience was great. My instructor was Stephen Mercer, and he was absolutely amazing. I signed up for the online virtual courses, and it worked out quite well. The sessions are recorded so I can always go back and review topics covered whenever I need to. They offer many practice exam questions and supplemental packages that help with preparation and understanding of project management principles. Overall, I recommend certification via Upskills, and if you can, try to secure Stephen Mercer as your instructor.

Stephen Mercer was a great instructor. He was very knowledgeable, provided a huge amount of supplemental documents beyond what Upskills provided, and was very tactical in his approach to understanding how to answer the questions. I have had a lot of instructors over the years and I will say he was one of the top.

Great course, Stephen Mercer goes above and beyond. He provided additional materials for success and ties in real life scenarios to help grasp concepts. Important material is spent additional time discussing. A lot of material is covered in a few days, but you are given plenty of resources to review for the months to follow to prepare yourself

Stephen Mercer's training was thorough and well-aligned with my expectations. It served as an effective way to support training for the PMP cert exam. There are also new templates provided that I will be taking back to my team to incorporate into come or our standard processes.

Stephen Mercer did a great job explaining the material, especially giving real world examples and stories that helped the concepts come to life. I really enjoyed the ability to immediately ask questions on topics I wasn't understanding. I would recommend this course to co workers.
