Stephen Mercer was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful as an instructor for the PMP cert course! He also gave us a plethora of study materials to help us get even more prepared for the exam. Not gonna lie, its a pretty grueling course that makes you feel a bit like you're in information overload. It is structured with breaks throughout to help mitigate the feeling though.

Insightful class, the professor (Stephen Mercer) provided a drive filled with a bunch of great templates. It was a lot of information packed into 4 days, which is expected. He did a great job keeping us engaged, provided example questions and answers, as well as his own templates and folder structures that he used.

Stephen Mercer was my Professor in this class, I found that he made such useful slides and was extremely knowledgeable. Stephen Mercer lead a very informative, and relevant 4-day training for the PMP Certification. He had loads of tools and references for us to use during the class and after the session as we prepare for the exam. He takes the time to answer all questions and provide real life examples to solidify concepts. The days were well structured and ran on time. I would recommend the class/him.

The virtual course was way better than I expected. I found professor Stephen to be very thorough and detailed with his explanation of the course content. The instructor-led course with Stephen Mercer is top-notch! I highly recommend. The professor took time to have a discussion and feedback, and class members also shared stories. Stephen Mercer was a very good teacher during our recent 4 day course. Class size was relatively small, but Stephen took the time to address any and all questions. Made a particular point of emphasis in going thru test questions to examine the nuances behind the answers to help better guide you to what the PMP examination is looking for.
