Purchased 200 various keychain. Prices very better than others . Quality was as good as any other vendor I used. Communication is great and shipping was timely. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

I made a horrible mistake and ordered…
I made a horrible mistake and ordered from them a second time. BIG MISTAKE! After a very long time with no updates I simply asked them, what was the status of my order? And I get the excuse that the Chinese new year slowed everything down. Okay, fine. But they didn't answer my question.What was the status now? So I asked again. Then, they send me a tracking number for fedex and say it is in transit. I check with fedexo. Their tracking says they haven't even gotten the order that they just received the shipping request like ten minutes before the email containing the tracking number was sent. I request cancellation and refund, but they inform me that they can't cancel my order because it is in transit. An hour later I receive yet another email that some of my items were out of stock and they would ship the rest as soon as they could. And they would give me a refund via a credit voucher, because that's how "everybody does it so they can use it immediately on their next order" If they didn't give me a credit voucher, they would have to charge me a six percent restocking fee for something they did not have in the first place. Please, please, please people listen to these reviews and do not order from this company.
Edited to add, I just received a cease and desist order from this company.For posting this review with the threat that they will take all measures to protect their reputation. Yes, I lost my temper when I was speaking to them, and I used some words.I probably shouldn't have but they don't listen and they just keep sending ridiculous excuses. If there was a delay because of chinese new year's which occurred nine days before I placed my order.I should have been notified at that time that there would be a delay.Not twenty days later, after I placed the order.

We understand that you were unhappy with the delay and communication, but we also need to clarify several points in your review.
A FedEx tracking number being created before the first carrier scan does not mean that false tracking information was provided. It is normal for tracking to temporarily show only that shipment information has been received before the package is physically scanned by FedEx.
We also do not agree with the suggestion that out-of-stock credits were simply ignored. Credit or compensation was provided according to the options available at the time, and the situation was communicated with you directly.
Regarding the Chinese New Year delay, this was a genuine operational factor affecting processing and supplier schedules, not an “excuse.” We acknowledge that communication about the delay could have been clearer and earlier, but that is different from intentionally misleading a customer.
We respect every customer’s right to leave a review, including a negative one. At the same time, we also have the right to correct statements that may give an inaccurate impression of what actually occurred.
We have records of the order, tracking, communication, and the solutions offered, and we stand by the actions taken to resolve the matter.
Refund my money
Refund my money, are send my shipment the first thing is 3-5 business days? a lie, this website does nothing but lie & put you off…… Don’t buy from this site

We understand your frustration, but we also want to clarify that we and the shipping carrier are separate companies with separate responsibilities.
We will process and ship orders in a timely manner on our side. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, tracking updates, transit time, and final delivery are handled by the shipping company and are not fully under our control.
A delay in carrier scanning or delivery does not mean that we failed to ship the order on time, nor does it mean that false information was intentionally provided.
We will always assist customers when shipping issues arise, but it is important to distinguish between our order fulfillment process and the carrier’s transportation process.
We are sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, but describing the situation as deliberate lying does not accurately reflect what happened.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago after they took my money. I was informed that I had not met the minimum order requirement but they couldn't cancel the order. So I paid them the extra $14 or so that they required that I buy from them and I received one small, 6 items out of 20 some that I had ordered. And now the tracking number doesn't work. Because that order was delivered. I'm not getting any response from them at all. In terms of where is the rest of my order? Other than the fact that it had to become from China. That was like five days ago, so much for the 4-7 day delivery definitely, not a smart idea, and I will never order from them again

We understand your concern, but we need to clarify that this order was shipped in multiple parcels.
The tracking number you mentioned was only for the first package, which is why it now shows as delivered. It does not represent the status of the entire order. The remaining items were shipped separately and have their own shipment progress.
For larger or mixed orders, products may be divided into multiple packages depending on warehouse location, product type, and shipping arrangements. Receiving one parcel first does not mean the rest of the order was not shipped.
We also want to clarify that the 4–7 business day timeframe refers to the estimated transit time for the applicable shipping method, not necessarily the total time from the moment an order is placed, especially when an order is split into multiple shipments.
We always ship the available items in a timely manner, and we are happy to provide the tracking information for the remaining parcels if needed.

Orders placed with us are processed and fulfilled according to their actual order and shipping status. Shipping and tracking may also involve third-party carriers, whose transit updates and delivery schedules are separate from our own order-processing system.
If there was a delay or a communication issue with this particular order, we are willing to review the records and clarify exactly what happened. However, an order delay does not mean that a company has taken a customer’s money fraudulently.
