Everything was as I ordered, loved it , order was well packaged and arrived on time will order again for sure acrylic was spot on

I have been using Olyvogue for about 2 1/2 years for my small business making beaded kitchenware.

My purchases have been varied from anywhere between beads to beadable kitchenware. The products have been of excellent quality and reasonably priced.

I would suggest giving orders to Australia plenty of time - picking, packing and freight can take around 2 weeks to arrive. Unless you pay for express/fast freight.

My last order was one of my biggest as I am getting ready for Christmas and two specialised sales. After contacting Olyvogue directly, I was helped by Kevin and customer service to get the best value out of the current Summer Sale giving me more savings than expected. My order was over $250 AUD - freight was free so that was a major saving.

I would definitely recommend Olyvogue - great customer service and quality products.

This was my first time ordering from this company and I am very disappointed. The item I ordered was not what I expected at all and the day I got my package I contacted the company to start a return. Per their website the return policy is Step-by-Step Return Process:

Initiate Return: Email us at with your return request.
Receive Instructions: If approved, you'll get a return shipping label and directions.
Send Your Item: Post it to us using a trackable shipping method.
So I did exactly what it says then they tell me the buyer has to pay for shipping. I don't feel like I need to pay for shipping when I am requesting to return the item the same day I get it. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMAPNY EVER AGAIN

This company has ghosted me.
I paid for my order and I keep emailing for tracking and they don't answer canceling my payment. Do not use this company. Scam scam scam scam scam

I have had several great experiences with Olyvogue! Joy provides excellent customer service and is always willing to help when I have a question! There is a huge product selection and the products have been great quality. They have been a great asset for my business!

I have the best experience with this Company. I have never been disappointed with anything that I have received from this Company. If anything is out of stock they let me know and replace it with a similar item and its not worth a refund due to the cost.

Didn’t receive half my order because apparently they sell stuff they don’t actually have. Scammers!!!

I’m giving Oly Vogue a 3-star rating because the products are great and the shipping was fast.
HOWEVER, my order is missing 18 items! I’m currently awaiting a response from customer service to have this issue solved. I want the products I paid for!

TERRIBLE COMPANY Be careful. They sell illegal items (for the US), short ship, and will not refund your money. Happy to share the customs violations paperwork with anyone who wants to see it.

The customer service is great! As soon as i placed my order i was contacted by the company to confirm my order and to let me know how i wanted to handle out of stock items. I was updated with every step of my order. The products were more than i expected. Nothing was broken or missing. I will be ordering again.

While I found what I wanted when searching online and placed my order for what was a reasonably priced item, I was then contacted by customer service asking if my purchase was for personal use or for resale. When I questioned the estimated delivery date for my personal use item, I was informed my order would not make it by my need date. Customer service coordinated with me to make an additional payment to cover the difference for a shipping upgrade to DHL. While all this was very helpful, my total shipping cost of $35 for a $48 order seems very excessive and is the only reason for giving OlyVogue a 4 out of 5 stars.

The merchandise I ordered seems to be good quality. Will work great for my crafting.

Everything I bought was really nice. The only thing for me is that I wasn't expecting shipping to take so long but once I got it I am very happy with all of it

They have good products and even better customer service. If you have a problem they correct it very fast! I couldn’t be more pleased with Olyvogue. I highly recommend them for anyone thinking about purchasing from them. I’ve placed two orders with them and plan on doing more business with them in the future. I give them 10 stars!!!
