Mike’s customer service was brilliant from agreeing to come and give a quote, booking the job , he arrived on time , incredibly tidy, did exactly as I requested without any fuss and I now have a superb air-conditioning unit in my bedroom . The inside and outside unit is so quiet .

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.

The team installed our air conditioning over the last couple of days, working in absolutely ridiculous heat without ever complaining. They were professional, hardworking, courteous and kept us updated throughout the installation.

Communication was excellent from the initial enquiry right through to completion, and they took the time to explain how everything worked before they left. The workmanship is brilliant, everything has been left tidy, and the installation looks really neat.

The price was also extremely competitive, and I genuinely don't think we could have asked for a better experience.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for air conditioning installation. Thank you again for all your hard work!

Had Aircon installed in two rooms by ACE Installations three years ago. Was so happy with it that I have just had two more rooms done. Job went smoothly and I was impressed with Mike, the owner of the company, and Chris, the technicians who assisted him. They were outstanding and a pleasure to have around. Absolutely no problems at all. Turned up on time and on the day expected and worked hard. All done in a day. Great company! Just hoping for a hot summer now!

Mike came and following his advice on where to position the two units we agreed to accept his quote.
When the installation date arrived they got onto the job quickly and never stopped until it was finished.
Excellent job, cleaned up and instructed me how to operate the bedroom unit fully. A great performance by ACE would definitely recommend them.

Mike was prompt in giving us a quote, which was very competitive. They installed quickly and neatly incorporating some requested adjustments without fuss or extra charge. Once finished the site was left clean and we were shown how to operate the system (straightforward but worth doing). Top service from start to finish, highly recommended!

Great Company would highly recommend. I had Air Con installed in the lounge a couple of years ago and have now had it fitted in the master bedroom.
The owner of the company and his engineers are polite courteous and helpful, everything was left clean and tidy.

Mike and Steve arrived on time on the day they had agreed. They quickly went to work, fitting the first unit in the living room. They came back a second day to finish off the installation of the bedroom unit. Both units are placed in a position that allows them to function but not be in the way of our requirements. I was particularly impressed with how tidy the trunking for each unit has been installed. It was really hot and they were happy with just water, they didn't stop for a lunch break, were polite and professional.

This company is excellent. Very helpful and friendly. We have two units now and as with the first one they left no mess and made sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend them.

Great company to work with from start to finish. Requested a quote over Christmas and they got back to me within a few days (considering it was over the holidays this was great!).

They came for a site visit and were very professional, listened to what I wanted and recommended some units for me. They were very reasonable with the quote so I went ahead with the install.

They turned up on time, left the room very tidy and made such a neat job of both the inside and outside unit installs I am so impressed!

They even did the cable ducting in a black because it fit in with my overall garden colour scheme and drainpipes!

We had a unit installed a couple of years ago and it was a dream. The team were tidy, efficient and I was even able to work in the same room. The unit has completely transformed a difficult room that was either baltic or tropical to the perfect bonus room! Its quiet, clean hasn't cost a fortune and even looks pretty trim.
Better still a lovely ACE engineer came today- they give it a service once a year and make sure that its still the most brilliant purchase ever. Lovely reliable company - highly recommended.
