My small order of floor polish was still not delivered after 3 1/2 weeks, despite the website stating that it was being prepared. Emails, telephone calls and online webchat were never answered. Today, after my most recent email, the company have simply refunded the money with no explanation or any contact. Never again. I should have looked at their Trustpilot before ordering

This company scams customers. I cancelled an order but they still charged me and do not reply to customer enquiries.

Do not use. Paid for goods but nothing arrived. Tried to contact them for update. Did not receive any reply.
Tried several times, no reply. Looked on there website and goods were coming up as "not available". Tried to get refund but heard nothing.

Order taken, told item on its way to Royal Mail who never received it. Ordered via Amazon.
They took my money but they are a con.
Who should they be reported to?

As per other comments they took order and payment , sent the Royal Mail tracking etc but it ended there.
Tried the contact us twice and then 2 emails with no response. I should have read any reviews on this company but they appeared to be only place I could order so I risked it.
If Acence are taking money off so many people why is nothing being done about them. I contacted trading standards for their area even they didn’t reply. Thankfully my order wasn’t for a vast amount but it’s still annoying. SO BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.
25th January the item finally arrived, no notification no apology after nearly two months.

I placed an order on 25th October, Acense took my money and acknowledged the order and sent another email the following day to say the item “was on its way”. However, heard nothing further, despite several emails to them. Tracking number is invalid - don’t be fooled by reference to ‘Royal Mail’. Luckily, my order was of a small monetary value, but please, please DO NOT order from this company. It looks like they are scammers. 😡

Scammers. Ordered goods, never arrived, won't reply to communication. Can't track parcel.

Scammers: they offer goods cheap with no intention of delivering.

As per other reviews, avoid as goods ordered not received after a month of chasing with no response to emails or phone calls.

Like other reviewers, my goods did not arrive. I have had no reply from Acense despite contacting them via their chatbot, the contact form on their website or the email address that they supplied. I will be raising a dispute with my credit card provider to claim back the money that I have paid.

Placed an order and the wrong items were sent. I contacted the company via email within 30 mins of delivery, with a photograph of the contents of the parcel shown alongside a screenshot of the order page showing the error. I asked them to arrange to collect/arrange an exchange, but in the 5 days since have had no response. I also tried messaging via chat on their website, two messages both have gone unanswered. I have tried calling 3 times and all calls ring out, with no answerphone. Their website states-

“We are confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, but if you have any problems we are always here to help.

- Our commitment - We work hard to ensure your shopping experience is 100% satisfying and enjoyable. We have a dedicated Customer service team which can be reached by phone or email”

Clearly this is not true.

Apart from a week’s delay for Royal Mail getting the item, everything was otherwise excellent with great care taken with the packaging.

This company is a scam. No goods supplied and cannot get a response from them.

didnt get my goods, sent two emails and then i sent a online chat and no response. do not trust this joke of a company. will go to the credit card company for a chargeback. lucky it wasnt much
