I have had to contact Achieve 2x and had good results with my questions.
We feel piece of mind joining Achieve. As soon as they received our first payment they were right on getting our debts started with the program.

Lara was extremely kind and helpful in getting me to consolidate my credit cards. She thoroughly explained every step as we went through the process and was very personalble. She answered any and all questions I had, as well as even made great small talk in the down times of waiting on some things. I look forward to working with her if any problems should arrise. Achieve is very fortunate to have a warm-hearted individual like her to be on their team. I would not have even considered doing this if the person wasn't fully invested in their clients. Through the roof customer service! If any other adjectives are needed, please feel free to reach out and I will gladly share them.

In fact both my husband and I found Michael to be a breath of fresh air compared to other loan consultants we have had in our past.

Achieve and Melanie went further more than other lenders. It was great to get really good advice from Melanie; she considered my overall finances and made me aware of other considerations and options I could look at. I was able to contact her when needed and she would respond in very timely manner.

Easy application, fast and convenient.

Firstly I would like to thank Evan Olson, i was weary about doing a loan but after the conversation I had with him and how easily he explained the benefits of going forward. He got me approved same day and the amount of stress I was burdened with has been lifted and I can finally start enjoying life again.

I was approved for the loan and I would have probably considered it .but I did wanted to take some time to think about it but the gentleman I was working with was so rude telling me how I should be spending my money he was totally rude to where I couldn't keep the conversation going didn't even give me time to tell him what I wanted .so yeah I will be taking my business else where .by the way his name is Oscar ponce

I was offered a prequified loan with a reasonable rate. When the loan officer called me, I was hesitant to take the offer, because he indicated that it was predicated on a final approval. I declined the offer, not wanting a hit on my credit score (723+) However; the caller pushed and pushed, with more tempting interest rates as a likely scenario. I finally gave in and agreed to have them pull my credit report. No missed payments, ever, and only 20% utilization of my available credit. I was declined the loan, and now have them on my credit report for the next two years.

I was lucky enough to have Donna as my loan person. She was so nice and helpful giving me options. I selected the best one for me and now my debt will be consolidated and I will be out from under the revolving debt prison. Thank you Donna!

I like that my interest rate went down on my loan. things I did not appreciate were the fact that when we initially said we were going to do alone we were not and given all the paperwork we were going to be needed it was trickle to us. I also informed the person that I was working with that I was having phone issues and we would have to communicate via email and yet she continued to call my phone and my husband at work. I also told her the day I would be available to finish the loan paperwork I feel like things that that those things were not listened to so we were pestered unnecessarily.

Great customer service! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Every question I had was answered clearly, and they took the time to make sure everything was fully explained. I really appreciate the professionalism and support.

ID verification taking too many days to be verified, plus it's frozen so I can't make changes...I also want to withdraw money so that I can be sure that it's legit and invest more

I was helped by representative named Tracy. She was very helpful in answering all my questions. She walked me through the online process and was patient with my questions. I didn't want to take a loan, but my annual lease pay doesn't arrive until July 30, and having this assistance will help me through the next 3 1/2 months. She guided me as I have no prepayment penalties, which was very important to me.

Tracy gave me her direct line and it will be nice to know that in addition to the customer service center, I have a trusted individual in the company to whom I can speak.

I would highly recommend Achieve and am especially very satisfied with the service that Tracy provided.
