Automatic payments
I contacted them to set up an automatic payment and Jerrome Driscoll was so helpful and understanding. He made sure that I was fully aware of what I was signing up and he was able to answer my questions swiftly and in a manner that I would be able to understand. I feel more at ease contacting them with questions and concerns knowing there are people like Jerrome that work there who are able to help.

Issue dealt with quickly
A client of ACT had assigned us an incorrect charge and caused us a great deal of stress. After getting in touch with ACT, Arsalan was fantastic in helping us to sort out this matter, I cannot speak highly enough of how he handled the situation.

Such friendly customer service
I had a call with Jerome and he was so easy to talk to. He sorted out my payment plan within 5 minutes of being on the phone and explained the process to me fully, ensuring that I was comfortable with what had been discussed. Very happy with my experience.

I rang today snd spoke to Therese Ward who I have to say was very professional and do pleasant. I was unsure as to why I had been referred to your company andcwasxworriedvitcwaz a scam. She purchased me at ease and was very helpful, and quickly established why I had been contacted. I paid and she dealt with thst very eff8ciently.
