I was incredibly anxious about confronting my debt and have been putting it off for too long. After speaking with Hamza on the phone, i felt a great relief. He was incredibly kind and understanding of my situation, especially as a young person just out of uni. We were able to come to an affordable plan for me to start paying off my debt. I was spoken to with respect and compassion, something that was an incredible comfort to me in this situation.
