I was really nervous about calling ACT for my debt but after speaking to Jerrome Driscoll, I feel like a weight had been lifted. I couldn’t pay all in one go and Jerrome was patient, understanding and we managed to agree to a manageable payment plan for me to repay my debt

Excellent Staff
I have an account with act and couldn’t afford to pay the balance in one go. I spoke to Arsalan Haidar and he was able to set up a plan that is affordable for me and really helped me. He was really patient with me and did everything he could to help. I thought debt collectors were bad people but he was really nice and helpful. Good company and good customer service

Pleasantly surprised
Jerrome has been an all star! It is quite intimidating to speak to a debt agency but he was made me comfortable and helped me to set up a plan that would be suitable for me whilst making sure that I was okay ! He explained everything so clearly and we even had a little laugh about Christmas preparations!

My daughter's account
I spoke to Arsalan on Friday about my daughter's debt that they are collecting, (my daughter had given my details and set up a password it enable me to discuss it on her behalf). The first thing that I was please about was that he did not try to say he could not speak too me and that he could actually find the details that my daughter had given him, as I know a lot of places say they can do this but then can not find the info when the 3rd party calls. He was very polite, understanding and dealt with my query professionally and with understanding. I was very impressed. The only little thing he got wrong was he used my second name rather than my forename when he emailed me later, but that is never here or there.
