Poor Service
I have a subscription with Actiph Water. The money has been taken from my account and I have not received my order nearly two weeks later. I will be requesting where is my order and will be cancelling my subscription.

I love Actiph Water and I can’t…
I love Actiph Water and I can’t complain about it. BUT DPD delivery has delivered in the wrong place and waiting for them to apologise to me.
I am writing this not to complain about actiph water I am complaining about DPD delivery service it’s not the first time this has happened they delivered to the wrong place and did not even say sorry for the inconvenience the person who it was delivered to brought it over him self.

The water is fake alkaline water
The water is fake alkaline water. Actiph say that is a pH 9+ but it's not! They put all the bicarbonate ingredients in to make it a blueish or purplish colour but really a true tester knows how to test water. If you blow into the water with a straw the colour will change into a 5ph colour! True alkaline water doesn't change colour when you blow into it. This water is classed as a acidic water!
It's so damaging for the human body!
I have been drinking this water for ages not knowing the truth about it. I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT.
Trying to cover up your mess is a joke guys.
Everyone who knows how to test it, knows when you drink this water it will turn in to acidic straight away but alkaline water won't change straight away. Your body can use it for other purposes before it turns into acidic. Putting a acidic water into your body straight away is harmful for you. As you should know.
Plus all the added stuff in it that you have put has made it into the pH you see before you. Alkaline water doesn't have any of these extra ingredients in it.

Hi again Reece, following on from your previous review and our subsequent response, blowing into water will cause the recorded pH of water to drop as the carbon dioxide in your breath dissolves in the water, causing a chemical reaction in which CO2 is hydrated by water to form carbonic acid (H2CO3) which then dissociates to a hydrogen ion H+ and carbonate:
CO2 + H2O → H2CO3
H2CO3 → H+ + HCO3-
It is the production of H+ that lowers the pH. Given the concentration of CO2 in your breath and the pKa of H2CO3 (3.6), the pH of water (when blown in to) would eventually drop to around 5.
Actiph has a unique blend of electrolytes added to it during its process, which brings the pH up to around 8.2. It is then ionised - a process which involves removing positive (acidic) ions - to further increase it to pH 9.8.
As mentioned previously, testing Actiph using pH drops or a properly calibrated pH meter will deliver a result of 9+. Blowing into the water will change the pH as it changes the fundamental chemical make up of the product (in this case, adding carbonic acid, which has a low (acidic) pH).
