Ordered a jacket cost £49.90. Took 5 weeks to arrive. Ordered a size medium, colour beige. When it arrived the width was 14cm smaller and 10cm shorter than stated on their website. The colour was brown not beige. Also the quality was very poor.
I reported the discrepancies and asked for a prepaid postage label to return the jacket. They said I would have to pay the return postage. I refused saying that the description of the jacket was not as described by Active Peaks. After several emails they offered to refund half my money. Again I refused because the jacket was so small it wouldn't even fit my 11 year old granddaughter. In the end they told me to keep the jacket and refunded the amount of £39.95 keeping £9.95 for their "costs".
I would never buy from this company again.

Order a 3Xl mens Jacket for xmas pressie,took 2 weeks to arrive,it was 7inches in width narrower than a UK 3XL.so returned on 29/12/25. It cost £26.50 to return it as the distribution centre is in china,which I was thought was in Amerstdam as thats where the web page said ,I wouldnt have bought it had I known it was to go back to china and the cost involved.Its now March and I still have no refund.customer services do reply to messages but just say sorry and cant do anything,so my £60. Jacket has cost 86.60 and no money back despite them saying there is30 day money back guarantee.But they only give the money back if item goes through customs.despite it being royal mail tracked as requested by the company. Very dissapointing in all aspects if this company.Just be aware of the costs for return before buying

Ordered boots for daughter. 2 sizes too small. got in touch and told we had to return to Netherlands! Cost was £14.75, tracked delivery. Today they have been delivered back to me, with a note on the front saying 'refused'. parcel wasnt even opened - this is how they avoid refunds! Have contacted them again and will now have to raise this with my bank to get money back for me. A total scam company!

Update to my previous review about a Christmas order that took over a month to arrive. I wanted to return the item and was sent an email which basically says it will cost you so much to return it that you should just accept a few pounds off the order and keep it. I still wanted to return so followed the procedure - request to return which involved endless lengthy emails, post to the Netherlands at my expense, send proof of postage. The item appeared back through my letter box this morning a month after posting - Active Peaks refused to take delivery of my return. As other reviewers have said - customer service is only paid lip service to for Trustpilot. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Good quality knee support at a fair price and delivered on schedule.

Great hat. Good adjustable fit. Like the chin tie in case its windy. Good wide brim for sun protection. Love the colour combination. Delivery was quite slow. Hat arrived with a few folds in the brim which won't come out which is a nuisance.

They mislead you into thinking your are ordering from a company based in Europe but they are in China. Delivery takes several weeks and if you want to return something you have to pay for postage to China.
They make the return process as difficult as possible in the hope that you will just give up due to the hassle they put in place. Just posted return today. Wait to see if I ever receive a refund. Have learnt my lesson and will only order from uk companies that I recognise in the future.
Wish the government could do something about this misleading behaviour

Customer service is brilliant. Replied promptly and solved my problem immediately without any palaver.

The product - LED rechargeable headtorch with zoom - is excellent. I had one for over 5 years before its charging connection failed. In the meantime I've tried and thrown away the fashionable led strip headbands. This is the best I've used for car maintenance. The packaging was badly damaged on receipt but the product is robust and sound.

I got my husband a rucksack for Christmas. It’s waterproof, lightweight, and perfect for hiking. He was really pleased with it! Freya from customer service answered all of my questions. Highly recommend

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I requested a refund in January, after 17 days shipping, as the product was more akin to a UK size 8 and I had ordered a 3XL. Not only that, they sent the wrong product - a 2XL. After requesting a refund, they resent the 'correct' size, despite me saying I did not want this. Upon arrival, the 3XL is SMALLER than the 2XL and very poor quality. They are still refusing my refund and making me jump through hoops. THIS IS NOT A UK BASED COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST.

I initially ordered a jacket and when it arrived it was much too small. I then sent an enquiry e-mail asking how to get a replacement jacket. Freya answered me almost immediately and made the whole replacement process extremely easy and I am now awaiting on my replacement jacket. Thanks again for your help Freya.

Had ordered L size by error, customer service immediately accommodated our request to change the size to M the very next morning when called.
Good quality product. Would recommend.

Item as described, fit nicely & very comfortable

Efficient order processing & tracking. The pants are a great fit, comfortable and excellent quality. Delivery from abroad needs a little patience but well worth the wait. Finding pants that fit me is difficult so I’ll probably buy another pair of these. I’m sure they’ll be awesome on my east Asia adventures.
