Be very careful when ordering shoes and the fact they are based in China. Ordered 2 sets of shoes. Sizes too small both sent incorrectly tried to get refund and you will have to send returns at your own cost back to China.
Would not se this company again.

Beware, I won't be buying from them again.
Bought a watch which when it eventually arrived came with a strap designed possibly for an Asian man's wrist, certainly not an average Scottish man's wrist. They had no alternative size and offered a 20% refund (not enough to buy an alternative strap) Or return it to Asia at my own cost!! Extremely disappointing as it did not meet my expected requirements. Very poor delivery also - you can't track it either.

The item I ordered was damaged during delivery. I contacted Customer Care at Snow and Rock and had the best customer service I’ve experienced! The Adviser, Cameron, replied promptly and helpfully and explained how to return the faulty product and get a replacement at the price I originally paid, which was a discounted price. A replacement product arrived quickly and it was packaged well so that no damage occurred again.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered an XL quilted jacket for £60 that took 6 weeks to arrive. When it did eventually turn up it was so small and thin it was like a poor quality child's jacket. They make getting a refund as difficult as possible. They claim a 30 day money back guarantee on their website but don't mention the large shipping costs that you have to pay....
