Hi, the shorts were advertised as cotton shorts, the description was cotton, however the shorts were 100% polyester. However, the response from customer service was instantaneous and magnificent, understanding and dealing with the issue.

I wish I would have read the reviews first before ordering. I’ve ordered a Jacket for an upcoming event I had planned to attend. I pacifically checked details of the delivery times and placed my order on the 14th Jan it’s now the 2nd Feb and still no sign of my order.
I’ve emailed Active Peaks and they apologised for the delay and told me that my order is on its way. I’ve only just realised that they’re not UK based but we’re looking at the tracking says it’s just outside Manchester. I have now asked for a full refund and will let you know how things are resolved?. I would never shop with Active Peaks again due to length of time it takes than to deliver and making statements about delivery times which they can meet.

Wish I checked reviews earlier, ordered a size L reflective adult cycling jacket which when arrived would probably fit a 9year old child. Massively disappointing! Delivery took long and to return means I have to cover the cost of shipping. Very poor.

At last - a pair of wide-fit trainers that are wide.!
Ordering was simple and although the delivery was a little longer than I had thought it would be - I was not disappointed when the shoes arrived. A gorgeous forest green colour , easy to slip on and long laces to adjust to a comfortable fit.! Not walked far in them yet as everywhere is so wet - but I am ready for Spring.!

Not all stories start with a happy beginning, nothing dramatic but I ordered a size 9.5 hiking shoe which was too small.
A bit of my own fault by reading a previous review, which said true to size, I would say order a size larger.
I subsequently contacted Active Peaks Customer Service and quite frankly, I have received the best experience I have ever received from a company when querying a returns policy.
I was offered replacement shoes and they are on their way. I know that the quality of the shoe for the price is perfect for my needs.

Received my order 2 weeks later than expected a size 9 boot at £69, waterproof not as described size 9 not as described, too small and not waterproof had to sell them at at half the price could not go through the return procedure, got the same pair on another site at half the price and fitted perfectly and waterproof the only thing I would recommend this site for is hassle stay clear.

Delivery was a little slow, I didn’t realise the shipping was from outside the uk. That said, worth the wait. Didn’t take the leggings off all day, very supportive playing paddle. Excellent

Do not expect to be able to return your order, plus the sizing is terrible. First time ordering from this company. Took ages to arrive, the size of the product was not as described. They offered me a larger replacement for a small extra cost. This again took a couple of weeks to arrive. The difference between the S and L was...2cm extra length in the sleeve. Identical in every other way (width, length). They are now refusing to take the jacket back for a refund.

I think the product and price are great. The time taken for delivery was rather longer than expected; not because of slow dispatch but due to slow transit. The responses to my querying this were swift and clear for which I am grateful.

Excellent product, but customer service is even better. The heated Gillet is just great and my husband wears it every day in the weather we have been having. It heats up quickly and lasts for 8hrs. When the item was too small, they sent the larger one without any hassle and the problem was resolved in a matter of days. Thank you so much for your service.

Generally good experience. The size wasn't as expected but they promised to send replacement immediately with only shipping cost to pay. Maybe the quality is not quite as good as i hoped but it's not bad either. Need to modify my expectations i think. Customer service excellent.

I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Took 6 and half weeks to get my parcel. The company says it’s in Europe but all comes from china. After repeated times asking for a refund they just kept offering me a discount. When the parcel finally arrived. The material and quality was shocking it’s worse than shein. €50 euro for a pair of trousers would get better quality in the market for 2 euro. The material is like paper. Should have read reviews before my order big mistake.

Ordered on 5/1/26 half zip men’s thermal fleece size XL arrived 22/1/26. The size XL was more like a medium! Husband could not even get it over his shoulders. Quality seemed good but sizing a joke. I would not have ordered this had I known it was coming from China there was no mention on the website of origin of the product.
