My item did take quite a long time to arrive, when it did they were too small, there was no problem in this being sorted out very promptly and efficiently with a replacement

No wool in this 100% polyester jumper
Ordered a wool-blend jumper. The item I received was 100% polyester and did not match the photo of the jumper that was originally on the website. The photo has since been changed. Attempted to return it but I was warned that shipping it back would be very expensive, so they offered a partial refund. The refund was not sufficient for the very cheap, very poorly made jumper I now have. It truly looks terrible and I doubt I'll be able to wear it in public. Also, due to the cheap fabric, it can't be washed easily either. I sent Active Peaks examples of the retail value of similar quality jumpers but they would not accept this. They also are continuing to advertise the product as a wool-blend jumper.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company, they are a shadow Chinese company masquerading as a Dutch company through a PO Box address. Winter insulated trousers were not as described. They were poorly made non-breathable polyester, completely unsuitable for any outdoor use. When I complained they cited shipping fees as a reason it to return and offered a 20% refund only. Total Scam.

Bought crampons as a Christmas present for my husband and added a set for me too.
Arrived (after a long time!!!) on 13th Dec.
First opportunity to wear them was week of 12th Jan on the ice and one pair broke on the first outing and the other on the second...totally unfit for purpose.
No refund or replacement offered as "outside the 30 day replacement" ....how could we have used them before then to know they didn't work!!!!???
Absolutely do NOT go near this company. Wish I hadn't.

Nice but ouch
They look very nice at first glance but then they look a bit cheap. They look very nice on and are comfortable as long as you sit still. Might be the «new shoe» thing but the blisters came fast. Recommend using thick socks!!

Everything on the website from product selection through to purchase was very smooth. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there was a delay in receiving the delivery. I imagine this was partly due to the Christmas rush but it took a lot longer than expected and longer than other online purchases I made in the same period.
