Activepeaks 

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size (my mistake) jumper, so I contacted Activepeaks to arrange an exchange. Freya from Activepeaks offered me the most exciting options: (1) I could return my item and exchange it, or (2) I could keep my item and purchase the new, correct size at a massively discounted price. I loved the creativity of option 2, loved the focus on sustainability, loved the choices offered to me, and loved that I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of returning something. Freya was great at communicating and I've been kept in the loop constantly. The item itself is exactly what I wanted, and exactly what was advertised. I'd highly recommend Activepeaks, and thank Freya for her superb customer service.

Product arrived in great condition,fitted well and was a true likeness to the online pictures . Had no issues and would buy from them again

Product arrived very late and faulty. Hole in the hat, covered in fluff and more fluff coming out the top. Poor quality. Had an absolute nightmare with customer services who gaslit me and refused to give a full refund. After 12 emails back and forth, all they offered me was a 50% refund. Will never buy from them again.

My order took far too long to arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but did not arrive until January. When it did it was ridiculously small....it was ordered as mens medium but was more suitable for a kid.

£40 for a piece of tin foil and plastic? The item was not at all as described. Badly made and bad quality and I’m so happy I bought a back up Christmas present so didn’t have to gift this. Delivery was much slower than expected.

It took nearly a month to receive my order. This was very frustrating as it was intended to be a gift. The jacket itself was of very poor quality. Very lightweight and poor finishing stitching inside. It was also not true to size, but much smaller. I will not buy from Activepeaks again or recommend it to anyone either.

I ordered what looked like a warm, fur lined, chunky coat. After waiting for four weeks, I was very disappointed when it arrived. Not thigh length, thin and flimsy and sleeves very short. I was told I would have to return the parcel back to Asia at my own cost and eventually got a 30% refund, meaning I lost almost £30 in total. The company have a professional looking website but the photos do not represent the item in any way. Very disappointed and feel scammed on this occasion.

The product is very good. It took a very long time to arrive, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5

I purchased 2 gillets online from Activepeaks and when they arrived I wasn't happy with the zips or the sizing so I asked for a refund.
They then offered me some discount which basically kept going up as I kept refusing until they said if I want a full refund I must send the product back to China.
I told them I would send the goods back to where I purchased them which is in Holland I think.
They have a .co.uk email they are based in Holland and you send back to China that is enough said I think.
There isn't anything on there website about sending back to china.

The company is a complete joke and the after sales service is non existent in my opinion please stay well clear.
What company in there right mind asks you to return the goods to china.
Please don't pity me with one of your replies when you say you take my review seriously as there are many more with negative 1 stars and you are clearly not improving.
You are a scam company that doesn't allow returns unless they go to China which isn't stated anywhere

Great selection of products at very reasonable prices. When product arrived it exceeded our expectations. Only criticism is that it didn't arrive in time for Christmas

Easy to use website. Clear communication and delivered when expected. Happy with the product, will buy again

The only issue i had was the delay in delivery but I am putting that down to time of year.

The items ordered and were good value and exactly as per description. The items were gifts and the recipients were pleased. The only downside was the delivery time, we know it was the festive season but it still was disappointing. The staff were very polite and helpful when contacted.

Replaced a coat that was too small even though it was out of the return date. All I paid was the postage. Excellent response, very helpful customer service via email.

This company is a scamming company. It advertises as a UK-based business and sells through Google Shopping but actually it is a Chinese company with goods that are not as described, usually cheaper materials, and sizes that may work in China but NOT in the EU. When seeking to return goods, they insist on returns to China at the buyer's expense. They are registered in the Netherlands simply so they can evade consumer protection laws and probably customs duties too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The item I bought was to small and I contacted Customer Service. They dealt with me with such ease and kept me updated every day.
I dealt with Freya and she arranged for a replacement straight away.
Freya was extremely polite, helpful and understanding.
Excellent CS which is a rare thing now adays.
Would highly recommend the company.
