S**T Show of a company
I hate to be the one who says 'if I could leave 0 stars I would', however the service is shocking. The wait times are insane. We have been fobbed off constantly. They are very quick to contact you when you create an account, but as soon as you place an order...NOTHING. We have been waiting 2-3 weeks for 1 item. Everytime we request info on the order, we are told 'it's a supply issue'. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Shocking company!

Like so many people here, I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order for £247 and a subsequent order for £13.99.
I contacted them after a week of placing my orders to find out the delivery status and Emily-Jane, Customer Services Manage, said I should have received an email to say the items had gone out of stock (blaming their systems..) but the good news was they had become available again and were on the way to Activewear, who are only a ‘middleman’.
This was rubbish because 5 days after that (after more prompting from me) they admitted the items were discontinued, so how could they have been on their way to them?
I chose to receive a refund which they said would take 5 days to process. I contacted them after 10 days to find out what was going on. They didn’t reply but refunded the smaller amount of £13.99.
Eventually Emily-Jane contacted me 6 days ago to say she needed authorisation from her manager to approve refunds over £200. I know, it’s laughable isn’t it!
I have been sending regular emails ever since but it’s all gone very quiet.
If you look on their social media, they don’t enable any comments, interestingly.
I will be putting in a formal complaint when it hits 30 days this weekend since initial order and following it up via Citizens Advice and probably Resolver.
I’m also going to report it to my banks fraud team.
This company are nothing but scammers, continuing to take people’s money on items they don’t even stock. From looking at the comments, this has been going on for a long time, it’s not a blip. They are just a middleman. Big lesson learnt.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order and paid for a service (1-3 working day delivery) that I still have not received. What has made this even worse is the complete lack of communication from the company. I replay a week after the order should have replied telling me that the items were out of stock with their supplier and that i should have received an e-mail but there was an issue with their system so i didnt receive it
I emailed multiple times, to Emily-Jayne the "customer service manager" asking for an update, especially since the delay was caused by an issue on their own system — yet every message has been ignored. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left without the product I paid for and without any response or support.
After going through this, I now understand why the company has such a low Trustpilot rating. If this is the level of service i have received from their "Customer Service Manager" i can only imagine how bad the rest of the team is. Unfortunately, my experience has been no different, and I feel compelled to add to that rating so others are aware of the ongoing issues.
I would strongly advise caution before placing an order.

I really wish I’d checked out the reviews of this company before placing an order with them. Absolutely diabolical company to deal with. Radio silence for 11 days then after chasing them they tell me my item was out of stock when I placed the order. Well if that’s the case they shouldn’t have taken my money then! No idea if/when my order will turn up so I’ve asked them to cancel it but no doubt they’ll make as much of a hash of that as they’ve done in dealing with my order and my chasing emails to them. Absolute disgraceful service
If I could give this company no stars I would as they have been appalling in communication as to where my order is, I have been waiting since 30th January for a hat and have been given the run around ever since, I have now asked for a full refund and will be taking this further should I not receive confirmation that I have been reimbursed. My advice to anyone considering buying from this company is do not bother.

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order. Awful company. I placed an order the 5th of Feb which hasn't arrived almost three weeks later. I requested to cancel and was told my order is already being processed and there's a 20% cancellation fee. Followed up after two weeks and was told they didn't have stock but the order was now on the way to them.

17 orders, 90% of these I paid for 1-3 day delivery. Most recent order took 8 weeks to arrive after weeks of emailing for them to say something was out of stock.
Their products are great but they’re essentially just a middleman anyway and not a very good one.
Ordered and got nothing
Ordered and paid for standard 4-7 days delivery. After 12 days, I had to contact them and ask for a tracking number. No response, so contacted them again and was told the item was out of stock and should of been made aware, but due to an error, I wasn't. I was then told, the item has just been restocked and was on its way to them, where they process the same day and send the package out. A futher seven days on, I still have not heard from them. Terrible company and I would steer clear.

Poor experience
Another one who didn't read the reviews before ordering.
Delivery time supposedly 3-4 working days, after 2 weeks I contacted them to find out the item wasn't actually in stock and they didn't know when it would be. I decided to cancel as it was for Christmas and wouldn't arrive in time. I was told I would receive a refund in a few days. 3 weeks later I had received no refund and suddenly got postage notification. I contacted immediately to say I had cancelled and not to post but it arrived anyway. I returned it and eventually after various ignored emails got through at which point a refund was provided. So 2* for at least eventually (and to be fair, very politely) providing refund, but I would not order again. I didn't get the impression that anybody was actually dishonest, just disorganized.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Won’t recommend to anyone. It’s been over a month and haven’t received my order or refund. They have items for sale on website which they don’t even have in stock. After a month their customer care lady emails casually that she was on annual leave. I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order.
Not honest about delivery times
I ordered an item as a Christmas present as they offered quick delivery. No communication at all and no sign of the item so I chased it, only to be told they needed to order it from the supplier. Charged extra for 'quick' delivery which has not been refunded. Avoid them!
Never again
Never again! Item is almost a month late. Messaged them countless times with not a single response. Asked for cancellation/refund and still nothing. Company is a joke!
